Right, so where does that leave a individual patient? While on the uninterrupted supply conversation...I guess what I'm getting at w/ the Simpson oil is, When should it be considered a useable product. Different folks, different strokes you know. I guess bottom line is a few assholes want to destroy it so...I've said it here before, you can call on God, but row away from the rocks.

So with 4 plants I'm almost certain to be over the limit on oz's, yet 2.5 oz's won't last the 4-6 months it takes to grow. Guess I'm shit out of luck eh?
it says 2.5 smokable oz's. if its curing, its not smokeable and cannabis can cure for 8 months or longer.

Why does every one make this so hard? No..you can't have 4lbs 'curing" and be legal. No, you can't have extra above your 2.5 oz to insure "uninterrupted" supply. Any moron can figure out that you don't have to put all your plants in flower at the same time. Put 1 in flower per week...then, in 2-3 months you'll have 1 plant per week to harvest.

Sure..and I can have 200 clones cause they are not fully rooted...and as long as I spray my 40lb stash with a little water every now and then, it's still drying, and doesn't count, and I'm entitled to a medical card because I had a hang nail 10 years ago and it still hurts..

maybe, just maybe..if the idiots abusing the law would play by the rules, the state would be more cooperative.

Yeah I'm not for people trying to exploit the law, but at the same time, because a few may the whole shouldn't have to give up rights. I think that we all can see know that, "they" are going to whittle away where they're allowed to. Nothing more, nothing less. I think someone here made the analogy that it's like going back to the horse and buggy, because a few people {more like a lot of people} drink and drive.

Fuck yeah. I still can't believe they got elected in the first place.
A large amount of conservatives helped vote the medical act in and as are pissed off about it as others, and it will be them and those who dont use who will make or break this issue. Be careful about thet politica hate speech folks...............

Actually, it will only take a small minority in the small minority using misinformation to change the minds of a few to undo a 63% yes vote.
As we've seen after the majority of voters expressed their will and a law was crafted, a microscopic group being complained to by a few in the vocal minority have given that small group all their focus. Using those cries of a doomed Michigan as some sort of twisted mandate to force the minoritys idea of what the law should say.
How many in the AGs group pushing for change, excuse me, "clairity" are patients, caregivers, or pro medical marijuana representatives, and how many in the group are vowed anti marijuana crusaders?
City governments are no better, using the tactic of burying their heads in the moratoriums like the spineless cowards they've shown
themselves to be.

Parkinson's Disease....MJ helps with the rigidity and muscle spasms...also seems to help lessen fatigue, which sounds weird, but is true
Bob, do you mind sharing your method or methods of ingestion that is leading to the positive effect on your Parkinson's symptoms?

I smoke..I like the taste. It's more about the strain than the method. CBd and CBN values work for pain...thc and thcv work for neurological disorders. The thcv values are generally found only in quality sativas "equatorial" strains if you will.

I grow Flo..80% sativa...

The problem I find with sativa's that others have grown, is they grow them like indicas. To get the thcv values you need high light and uvb lighting.
I run 2 600 watt hps and 4 175 watt mh 6500k aquarium bulbs for side light. Then add 150watts of uvb after the flowers "set".and that only covers 4 plants.

Most of the sativa's supplied by 'cash croppers" are put into some kind of hydro life support system, fed "this works for anything" chemicals, grown under less light, have no added uvb and "blue" lighting". are not lst and super cropped, allowing them to grow so tall that only the tops get adequate light..and just don't stack up.

To get sativa effects from sativa genetics, you have to provide equatorial growing conditions.full spectrum, high intensity light with uvb supplementation, higher temps, and co2 to make the temps work, and for God's sake man, grow them in soil..big pots and feed em bat poop and worn castings...the stuff they eat in the wild. Make sure they get a little azomite and humic acid, and you'll get SATIVA, not "sativa".

Results don't lie in the genetics, they lie in the hand of the grower. genetics merely give you potential.

no you cant have 200 clones, its 12 plants period and you mean to tell me youve never ever had more then 2.5 oz of any form of cannabis at one time?

doesn't affirmative defense cover this?-

and i would think this is why. a batch of clones, say thirty, is average(anyone use e-z cloner?), to obtain the four beauties that go into the cycle. the rest are overage. available for donation, from any registered caregiver, to any other registered caregiver/patient.

i'd say that would be the amount required for an uninterrupted supply of meds for the caregiver/patient. and that's what the law allows.

it would seem alot of these issues WHERE thought about before hand, and incorporated into the law in an easy to interpret manner.
also keeping in mind 63% of voters in 2008, read the same simple language, and voted for it. many were looking forward to the economics it would generate.

I can believe they got elected, because there were people on this very forum that said all politicians are evil so they stayed home, and even some voted Republican. I think it is funny so many people bitch about the pickle we are in, but ask them...did they vote?

Unfortunately I was not able to partake in the previous election in michigan because we were new residents to the state and could not registered in time, but you can bet your ass my wife and I will be there at the next election representing! I'm not saying all republicans are bad but 99% in this state are pure scum - similar to oklahoma style republicans....simple ass backwards thinking working from the pocket of big corporations to secure their reelection campaign. If only we could donate millions of dollars to buy our very own politicians like big pharma.....then we'd be a-ok. Anybody got a spare million burning a whole in their matress? :)
