Hiya all, I'm a first time grower and have no dam clue what the hell I'm up to my plant has done me proud, her buds are growing splendidly and her aroma is just delicious however, a couple weeks ago we had some real bad wind where I live (oh sorry I'm growing her outdoors straight in the ground) and a side latt snapped right off. When I went to check her the next morning, that latt was just dangling there hanging onto the main stem by a thread so I had no choice but to cut her off and mend up the piece that was broken on the main stem. I dried everything out good and manicured properly but when I went to smoke some bud from it it tasted absolutely disgusting. I mean it definitely did not taste like what she smells like. NOW I'm like what the f did I do wrong. I only fed her compost, and the juice from my boiled verges and of course water. Any advise please?

Don’t think you have done anything wrong mate.
You would know looking at your buds that something was off of mouldy; usually one dead leaf on a bud and when pulled almost falls away....
Unfortunately it may just need a good cure or sometimes your smoke is nothing like it’s smell when growing....does it get you where you need to go ? If so then enjoy.

I imagine the buds were a little under aged, not quite ripe enough.

Also, a proper drying and curing is essential. I didn't do a great job of it last year and my buds weren't as good as I had hoped for. That's something I'll be working on this season.
