I have a 55 gal reservoir on an ebb n grow system w/ 24 pots. Just getting all the stuff I need and I am going to be using city water and then I might be moving the system to somewhere with well water. I've heard reverse osmosis is the best way to filter the water and get ppm to 0.

So what brand/size filter should I get??? I looked in the hydrofarm catalog and found the "eliminator", has 100 or 200 gal per day filters, is this a good filter??? and is 100 gal per day enough for me?

How often do you change the water in the res? I would think a lower capacity unit would work for you, you just have to start making and storing your water a couple days in advance.

Go To: http://www.purewaterclub.com/ I got 2 units from there both work flawless. Once I went to R/O water all my PH and PPM issues disappeared...infact I don't even check my levels anymore they are so in tune. I might check my ph and ppm if i get curious...but its rare.

Thanks, i checked out that link and was wondering should i get the 6 stage filter or the 7 stage filter? (UV light is the 7th stage) stage 6 is about 60 bucks cheaper but money is no worries, i spoil my girls lol
