You DIY eagerness is admirable. DO NOT DO IT YOUR SELF.

electricity is nothing for a novice to get involved in. think of more than your desire. what about other people, the building owner, the neighbors?

Get a trained and licensed electrician and live to grow vast quantities to cover the cost.

Get an electrician to do it, they don;t need to know why? By the questions your asking you should not attempt this.

Contact an electrician and tell them you need a 15 amp circuit added to your existing service. they will get you set up.

Absolutly right, I am a electrican and im telling you you do not want to be the cause of your house burning down. And its just too much to try walking you through it online. Get a quailified person. Good Luck

I agree with everybody else, don't do it yourself. 115VAC can be deadly, and easily starts fires.

Got a stoner/beer friend that knows something about splitting 220VAC? If not, I truly have to say, hire a real electrician. Or - reduce your grow until it can run on the existing 15A service.

Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Get a electrician. Not knowing what your doing isn't that bad. But doing it wrong is. You have a 15 amp breaker so you have 16-14 gauge wires. So bumping that to a 30 will overload the wires before poping the breaker. In other words lighting a fuse but not knowing where the TNT is. And up gose the house. Be safe.

You should not exchange a 15 amp breaker with a 30 amp breaker, for one thing the wire to it is only raided to 15 amps, if you change to 30 amps you wire will get too hot and could cause fire. Everyone is right, you should not fool with elect if you don't know anything abt it.
