Not new to growing but never had an infestation help?!?!

Here they are any guesses only in soul not necessarily any ill signs on plants. Thought they were r. A.. But I don't see tail pipes and the population is not going out of control. Was over watering for a little bit but stopped being so heavy handed as we know less is better but I'll be honest it's hard not to keep hitting them. You would think over years I would have that control down hahaha. Don't get me wrong I was not downing them or watering excessively basically just not letting the top inch or two dry out.. I'm running nftg#4 soil in airpots just switched from nftg.. To aptus additives used bio canna first run with aptus and went back to the darkside for a run with heavy 16. Please help I'll. They look like aphids

I'll die. I don't see flyers yet.. I don't see any negatives. I see soil mites that look similar. I wish I just knew for sure. My roots are not white but I also stupidly got root cleaner by the makers of green clean application is for 1-4 hours then flush and ew innoculate.. I asked them if I could leave over night and they said yeah it's fine just flush and reinnoculate.. I stupidily never flushed and went to feed with runoff.. So I don't know if the condition of roots is because of me being stupid and stubborn or said pest.. I do have white roots emerging like usual and honestly plants look great. I'm baffled but losing sleep on this.
