Heya pointystick. You where right about the squashed plant, it is female and is looking good. I'm amazed at how resilient these cannabis plants are. I'll be watching your journal, i'm really interested to see how it turns out.

My camera is screwed, so I lost my last pictures. But i'm working on getting it working again, so hopefully within the next few days i'll have pics up.

Glad to hear it's a girl and she's recovering!

These plants are tough as hell..... Bought my first seeds when I was 15 from Vancouver seedbank downtown here. Man, imagine four 15/16 year olds trying to grow....those plants went to hell and back but I still got a few ozs of chronic weed.
It's a really forgiving plant...

Anyways super busy with work and school but about half my plants can be chopped In The next few days

i'm wishing u had some more pics since I doubt I'll end up ordering any more autos for this summer

Heya Pointystick, sorry it has taken me 3 weeks to reply to your post. I was away for a couple weeks. Just looked at your journal, those buds look sweet, congrats.

Mother nature seems to be very angry with me, and is trying to take kill my plants. This summer has been unusually cold. It has been raining with cold temps literally for 2 weeks streight... I would have been much better off growing last summer... lol. The plant's aren't looking too good they're really stunted and are flowering really slowly, compared to my blue venom . I'm gonna go out and take some pics tomorrow hopfully.

I'm planning my next grow, which will undoubtedly be indoor... lol... high lat. + Pot = Not grow so well... lol lesson learned.

Oh and I had to get rid of the blue venom... because it was stinkin' the place up. Sad, sad... but shit happens I guess.

Next grow i'm thinking of growing something low oder like Apollo 11 or some C99 maybe a cross if I can get my hands on the seeds. I'll probably do a new grow journal for that once I start it. I'll keep this journal going assuming my AK-47's survive.

Anyways, thanks for reading

Hey

I know what you mean.

I've tried growing outside since I was a little kid. Sometimes it worked out, sometimes not so much.

Biggest problem was that the weather went in the toilet before the buds were ripe. The auto strains seem like a great answer to this problem.

Don't stress if they look bad now. Believe me, I burnt the HELL outta mine...I forgot to turn on my cooling fan and left it off for more than 10 hrs. Yours can recover from the crappy weather we've had. Don't worry too much. I'm assuming you're a bit farther north than I am, but I could be wrong.

It sucks you had to get rid of that other one inside, but like you said, shit happens.

I once got my hands on some texada timewarp. That shit was amazing. I would definitely recommend trying that outside in south western BC and washington state.

My girls are doing great outdoors now but I'm totally prepared for them to be 1/2 finished budding when the weather craps out

anyways....don't stress, you might be surprised.

Ha ha ha, So I went and checked on them quickly yesterday morning... and they actually look not to bad, maybe a little stretched. But still a hell of a lot better than I was expecting... lol. Looks like I have some bug infestation though, i'm going out tomorrow to take pics and spray with insecticidal soap.

Also, I planted a few bagseed that I had laying around back when I started the AK-47s... but I just left them for dead in those little green pots. I went and looked at them out of curiousity and their like 2.5 feet tall sticking out of those little pots... lol...

Anyways, will post pics tomorrow I PROMISE! (Between camera troubles and being to lazy to lug my camera out with me, it's been like more than a month since pictures, I apolagize for that)

There you go, see not so bad after all!

We've even got several weeks left of summer as well.

What day are the autos on roughly?

Have you been feeding them with anything?

Like I said before, these things can take some serious abuse. You easily could be in for a decent end result.

can't wait to see the pics

Heya, so I went and got some pics today. Unfortunately one of my plants has been critically wounded by an animal, It was the same one that got trampled last time. (I think I planted it in a very high animal traffic area... lol)... It's the first pic (0717-1A). The plant was broken at the stem, so I just took the top half and stuck it in the soil. Im curious to see if it actually grows roots and keeps going. lol. maybe I'll end up with two small plants.

The rest are doing well, I just gave them some bat guano (top dressed) and sprayed the leaves with insecticidal soap to get rid of the freakin' bugs. My autofocus is a bit out, so sometimes the buds are blurry but the leaves are clear, sorry about that.

The last two pics are of the plant I think is looking the best, it's really short and dense still, the rest look a little stretched.

Oh and theres a pic of the Pure Gold which is still in veg.

Pointy stick, I think the plants are about 3 weeks into flowering, give or take a few days. I've been top dressing with high P bat guano, just did it today and once right when I put them into the ground. Ha ha, your right about taking abuse though. I think i end up saying it in every post, but I am amazed at what they can take... lol.

Thanks for reading, comments welcomed.

Ok so if you're 3 weeks into flowering you should be roughly at day 40.

Here's a pic of mine at day 40.

Look how much better yours are doing. I'd say they were about 8 inches tall at this point on average. Yours are way bigger and you haven't burnt the shit outta yours.

I wouldn't be worried about 'em at all. Still got more than 4 weeks left to put on weight.

Do you have the lowlife lowrider x ak47 or the joint doctor lowryder2 x ak47? I can't recall

So, I just went out and took a quick look and boy did they like that bat guano! The buds have grown quite a bit since the last pics. Although i got nute burn on the lowest set of leaves, but I think that may have been from getting the guano on the leaves while applying it.

Didn't have my camera, but will take pics on the weekend probably.
