Hey, any of you Ohio boys getting your asses kicked by bugs this year? Every year is a battle with the little fuckers, but this year has been unfucking real.
not really. i had a few mealy bugs on my plants, but im near a creek and get a couple every year. they dont do much damage at all, just get white shit all over the stems.

more so things have been eating from my vegetable garden close by, and thats fine by me.

Ive been getting bombarded by slugs, snails, aphids, catterpillars, and god knows what else i havent found hiding around my plants! Been constantly using azamax just to keep under control.

I'm running some Iranian genetics near central Ohio...this rain, high humidity and cool temps have caused mold to take over half the plants I've had mature already or plants which are near to maturity...last some real beautiful buds and it is a heartbreaker seeing so much hard work lost. Hopefully things dry out and warm up for the rest of the year. Best of luck to all of you!!!

N.E. Ohio. You know the rain is bad, very bad, when the evening news shows video of people going down their streets in row boats! (July 10 I think) July was a real mother. Lost 2 nice plants to flooding and couple others are seriously stunted due to emergency transplanting to drier ground. The slugs were also very bad, ate 2 more plants. Sprayed with Neem twice a week and they just laughed. They can consume more plant matter in one night than any other batch of pests can in a week. Finally had to resort to using metaldehyde pellets. Toxic stuff but practically 100% effective.

Well at least you're ahead of the game. Some of your girls are already in flower. When was your first day? Strains? I'm getting a little bit antsy cause it's about that time and none of mine are showing any sign of being close to flower. Still vegging. They've been in ground for ~8 weeks.

I'm growing critical hog outdoors in Northern Ohio this year. Started budding on 8/14 and has been really pest resistant as well. My pineapple express has been viciously attacked by slugs.

Anybody want to guesstimate how long these buds have? They are so heavy they are bending the plant over, plus we got a lot of rain yesterday and today so I am worried about mold. Any comments are welcome.
