Plants are still good. They have reached the height of the light haha. Too bad I couldn't put some shield around the lights so the plants can just overgrow the space but that's not possible is it? I've been eyeballing my 6 ft dresser all day....

If you keep the plants at the lights level the growth of the buds will be stunted and tips burned. A shield isn't going to do much because there is no more space to grow. Hey if you could use the 6ft dresser I would try to finish it as fast as possible. Hope the ladies are all well.

So I went to take some pictures but realized it was night time so I can't yet. :(They are doing good. I work Monday but after I can do some woodworking. I have a 5 ft dresser. Its made of solid wood but the back is a wood/ cardboard material. Should I just have 1 intake and 1 outtake and add a small clip on fan to it? Any suggestions?

"What do you mean the car won't start?..." - pineapple express sorry lol.Adding in a fan that can clip on to hold it in one spot. For a new build I'm really looking towards finding an alternative way of having an intake and exhaust rather than use rigged computer fans and cell phone chargers.

I think in best situation there should be at least three fans. intake, exhaust and circulation fan. So it means you still need exhaust fan besides your clip clip fan :D

I'm going to try to keep this cabinet throughout flower stage. It's going to be rough but I won't have a bigger cab for another two weeks. Also how are the ladies doing? The flower food I found in the dollar store, worth flowering for one stick per pot?

I added a 2 for 1 light too. :) Anything organic I can add as flower food? No hydro stores near.

I know, I was bugging you. If I can LST them for two weeks I'll have enough time to fix a cabinet from Walmart. ;)

I have purchased this tall cabinet. Any suggestions? I need to stick to cfls or led. I have to wait for a week until I can purchase anything BUT I still have the two fans from my veg box. My questions I need to know are as followed.

1) I have small CFL 2700k lights, about 8 of them ready, how should I do the light setup in this case? Should I build a top shelf for cords and bottom for nutes and such or better to just keep one shelf?

2) Should I just get rid of my old veg box and create the veg box in it?

3) If I use 2 pc fans for exhaust, will it work?

4) Can I use 1 pc fan for intake and just use a normal fan inside?

5) Will this PH kit work?

6) This kind of ties in with number 1. How should I wire the lights? Like I did in veg box? Have a powerbar and have lights connect to the powerbars? Only issue is, I need to be able to raise and lower it so how do I do this? I'm not sure how to wire electricals without using the powerbar method. I was able to connect the pc fans to cellphone chargers but thats it. Can I connect more than 1 fan in the charger? So how do I hang the lights?

7) Do I need bigger pots? They are a decent size but what does everyone think?

8) How do the plants look?

Ok I'll post the pictures.

I am not sure but it looks like it is too hot for your plant. Those leaf tips curling down. Pots seem to be OK. I haven't done 8 cfls but with 4 fluoros and one 150w hps 4 fans didn't do anything. Too weak. I doubt they will do the work, but if you won't try you will never know. better try and then buy anything bigger.
Keep the box and make veg room inside as well. spare box will always help to accommodate some clone or mother. Maybe even some male plant.

Fixed. Now it's time for the new design. I saw somewhere that pet smart throws away mylar. I heard they get it from lizards and toss it, maybe I'll grab some. Anyways, I need help with new cab still lol.

So a buddy of mine helped build this new cab in 12 hours. We worked pretty hard. The mylar isnt added yet but I needed space for my overgrowing plants. Question... Are all of these males/ hermies? I see balls I think, unless its the part before the "little white hairs" show?

I pray they aren't male...

I used 2 PC fans for exhaust, connected to a huge power adaptor. The fans run faster than any fan I've seen... The intake is another power adaptor but smaller fan speeds. Lights I'm using 2 powerbars connected to 8 cfl 2700ks. 28 actual watts each. Also made a lower/ raise thing for the lights. I love the space!

So male/ female/ hermies or do Northern Lights usually look like this? Any suggestions?

I have 4 plants. I took in order so hopefully they post in order. I'm hoping for atleast 1-2 females. I'm having a hard time figuring out if they're hermies or what. They are about 2 weeks into flowering. They are Northern Lights so maybe if someone has experience. I'm unsure if I see the male "balls" or the female "part" before the white hairs. Also, if thse turn out to be all hermies, should I just keep picking off the seed look alikes or what? This is my first grow so please be understanding.
