northeast usa natural sun 12/12

when does the sun switch to 12/12 usually???

early october

Around September 20th.

how long should a plant veg for ¿ i am in the northeast and was wondering if letting a plants letting plants veg for at least 2 months is worth it. if it seems practical, i may just start germinating more seeds to put out.

will the plants still turn to flower in time if i put them out towards the end of the month???? and by the looks of http://www.timeanddate.com/worldcloc...&afl=-11&day=1
i do.....thats if the plants need the tru 12/12 to start to flower......do plants need tru 12/12 to flower???? and ya i been watchin northeastern lights's grow this year and he def. knows his shit!!! if he waited that long then i should be good to go..

As the days get shorter at a more rapid rate the plant turns to flower, 12/12 is just to induce flowering. Outdoor where i live plants start to bud last wee of aug first of sep.

Days go to 12/12 around september 27th but they'll start budding about a month early. Sometime between the summer solistice, a few days ago, and natural 12/12 cycle. Depending on your latitude that's more or less going to start in August.

Flowering starts in aug for me.

when does flowering start when you live near the us/can border....im going to guess around august maybe late July
