Normal Pre-flowers or are they flowering?

It's been unusually cloudy since I started my grow. We are at about 14.5 hours of daylight now. Can cloudy weather make plants flower early? I can't get any better focus on the camera, so I don't know if anyone can help, but take a look and let me know if you think these look like normal pre-flowers. I don't think you can tell, but they have hairs pistils sticking out everywhere.
