sorry to hear that about second plant but i think u are right

No can do that either. I'm in a residential neighborhood. It's pretty much chop it or grow it with another plant. My 2nd plant has many brown pistils and some seeds starting, so I think she's already impregnated at least some. BLEH!

This plant White Widow (non-femenized seed) is over 40 days into 12/12. I took a little bud to smoke and noticed something odd. Can anyone confirm that this is a male part?

Here's the plant this is off of:

And here is the culprit:

100% hermie. I would personaly chop it now and get the smoke from it or keep watching it untill you see it degrading further. If its getting worse by the day the cut it now. It will still give you a good smoke.
(good luck)

Thanks for the input. I may watch it for a few days and then warm up the ol' scissors I guess. I must have stressed her too much by breaking her stem during flowering, or maybe let in some light at some point.

Oh well, first grows are good for learning. :)

mlad: You've two great choices I think......... Your plant is a "H", no doubt. Those seed sacks will continue to grow and the nugs will just sit there.

1 - chop down and make hash/honey oil/butter <--------- YES!

2 - continue to grow and apologize for the seeds to your customers and charge em less ;)

Keeping the hermie in the room with the other plants wont hurt them. Especially at week 6.

Thanks bro. This is a personal grow for me and my wife. The only thing I'm wanting out of it is enough product to last until my clones grow up to be big girls. We may consume a few grams a week if it's of decent potency, probably no more than that. I'm thinking I'll be fine with letting them go a while longer but watching very closely. What do you think? It would be good for my future growing education at least, maybe. :)

i agree that hash/butter is definitely the way to go with herms, but this one is quite frosty and i highly doubt nanas are coming, esp if you only give her a couple more days. just cut the sacks off while pruning and she'll come up a beaut. mine wasn't a rubbish smoke as i said.

i've had other hermies that were chucked in with the trim coz they were good for nothing else, but that one doesn't seem a total loss.

there are loads of products that can assist with this kind of thing, for future reference :)

Thanks man! I had a whole range of issues this grow, but I think I'm dialed in for the next. Hoping that this was a mistake on my part and not a pheno issue since I'll be using clones. I guess we'll see :)
