I'm trying to make seeds, for future use. What's the best thing out there?
And do i need to do 1 strain at a time, or per room, i should say. I don't no if female pollen will cross to other plants and i get a cluster fuck of mixed strains.

You confused me. The pollen comes from the male plant. If the male and the female are two different strains, then the resultant seeds would be a mix of the two. If you want one strain, then get/grow male and females of that strain.

If you arer growing a plant from feminized seed, then you won't get any seeds off of her unless you plant a male closeby at the same time.

Or am I missing something?

Read about cannabis. It is a plant with 2 distinct sexes. Unless it's hermie or the son of a Republican. This is most basic and if you don't know this you are blowing money out of your butt before you even start. Buy Rosenthal's or Cervantes' book before you buy a single seed.

strongly strongly suggest just growing a sensi crop first to understand how the plants behave. you will be much better equipped to handle the stresses of manual pollination. why do you want to do this? the resulting seeds will likely be seeds that are very unstable and vary greatly from seed to seed. the beans you buy at seed banks are f6 or 7 or higher to get the stability in order to mass market them for consistent results. better to just let the pros do their thing and pay the relatively cheap price they ask considering the expertise and time and space involved in making a stable genetic.

You can make feminized seeds that will produce stable female plants, no problem.
It is best to have one plant turned male at a time, that way you will know what the seeds will be.
The most stable seeds will be if you cross a plant by itself or another seed/clone of the same variety.

But that's why i was asking,i have a multi strain grow, so if i go in the room and spray some on lower branches, will i get seeds of that strain or will they mix, that is my main worry.

Sry to jump in but I just was gifted CS and wanna know if I should dilute it or just use it as is?? The guy made it said he left it on overnight, I assume in the CS generator. Will it be too weak diluted to like at 1:1 with water??

Check the ppm levels; should be around 12-15 ppm, and yes, you can just spray it on...

I can not even begin to express how true the words above are... you're best off doing plenty of reading before you try to experiment with seeds, az. If you still insist on doing so, you might as well just set the money on fire in front of you.. it'll save you plenty of time. Add another book to the list hotrodharley mentioned as well, Introductory Horticulture, Ver. 8.

But that's why i was asking,i have a multi strain grow, so if i go in the room and spray some on lower branches, will i get seeds of that strain or will they mix, that is my main worry.
If done during early flowering stage, she will grow 'male balls', which hopefully (which from what I've read so far is not promising) if things go well, said balls will have all-female pollen. Use this pollen to pollinate another female plant, and guess what? female x female = feminized seeds. (Again, this is under normal conditions and plenty of luck may be required, depending on the skill/background/knowledge of the one trying to pull this off.)

So to answer your question more bluntly, no.. you may hit every strain in the room assuming the pollen drops at the right(wrong) time, and there's a draft. Best way I can explain that in lay terms, I think. As for applying it just to some lower branches... read, read, read. There are proven techniques to help your success without a disaster.

Good luck,
Fi-
