No Water Pressure in DIY Cloner

Thanks so very much for stopping by. I am in the middle of constructing a DIY Cloner. The tote capacity is 19 Gallons, and I used 3/4 inch PVC Pipe, along with 360 Degrees E-Z Cloner Nozzles. The pump is an Argo-Max that is 250 gph. I had to "Tweak" and use a barbed "Tee" attachment, since my local Home TeaPot did not have on hand a straight 3/8 to 3/8 inch barbed piece that would go from the tubing to the PVC Pipe.

I, at very best, am getting just a dribble from all 10 sites that the Cloner Spray is attached to. There are no leaks around them, as I took my time and used the proper drill bit, screw, etc to make sure that this would not be an area to loose pressure. The small jar that I used as a "Tweak", shows no sign of leakage as well. The reason for my doing this aspect, was to allow water to fill the container, and then the pressure would be built there, and then distributed throughout the actual PVC Pipes.

I checked the water pump, and the impeller is not clogged or jammed. Outside of my getting the 3/8 barbed attachment, is there any reason why I am only getting a dribble? I figured at 250 GPH, this thing should be shooting like there is no tomorrow. I have attached several pics to help solve this mystery.

Again, thanks in advance

Pressure drop from the little hose to the big pvc is my guess. Everything should be the same size, you should start with a 1/2 pvc fitting out of the pump to 1/2 pvc, to a t, then your 1/2 pvc line with sprayers.
This is hard to explain but just try to picture what is happening inside of your "manifold" you are pushing in 3/8" of water into a 3/4" hole, so it will never reach full potential.
Sorry to tell you but i think its best to start over, good luck.

Use half inch PVC. And if you glued it you might of got crap in it that clogged the holes of the spryers. Take them out and test pump make sure water is flowing. This should help. But IMO a 250 is to small to push the spray thru 10 ports that high.

you need a bigger pump. i run a 400gph pump through 1/2" tubing in my 15 gal aerocloner and it works just fine
