No seeds SOS

Placed my order with Sea of Seeds 2 weeks ago Monday when they launched. Payment went through flawlessly, however after 24hrs I received no tracking and emailed SoS. They said they had some fraud issues preventing them from accepting the payment and they were refunding. So I immediately placed another order via PayPal. Instant success again. This time the package arrived. I won't divulge what was in the package, except there were no seeds.

I'm not new to ordering seeds, nor am I new to them. I understand everyone has different techniques for stealth, and use several methods, however have torn this gift to just about as many pieces as possible, including the packaging. There is absolutely no where left to have hidden 20+ seeds.......

So what now? They are currently open, and usually very quick on their replies. I've sent them a couple emails. One including pictures. No response, I feel taken advantage of. I don't want to give up faith because what advantage would they have screwing over loyal customers? None that I can see..... But I don't see customs taking anything out and sending the rest on its way lol. And I don't think the postal service would have bothered with the same either.

Idk I'm just super frustrated

So it seems someone must have removed my seeds before it was delivered. I'm not sure at all how it's possible, but E M assured me they were sent. He is a stand up guy and called me personally to fix this situation. Because of the promo they were having when I ordered, they were unable to send me a 2nd order, but they refunded it. I still have no seeds and am rather sad because I just finished new construction on a new sysyem/room. But as far as my satisfaction with the way E M handles himself and represents SoS, I'm very pleased. If you get a chance to build a good relationship with these guys go for it, they will work hard for your business!

Order from a reputable seed bank.

In many orders from attitude, the worst that happened was a legit computer glitch (I never got a tracking # or any of the post order emails). I contacted them when I was sure the package wasn't comming and THAT day they sent out my order plus the next months promo. Worked out in my favor... For $120 including shipping I got like 30 seeds of 10 different strains all from veteran breeders like Barneys, DNA and Reserva.

Don't forget coupon code 420 or rollitup. That's 10% off, basically free shipping if your spending over $100.

Oh and by the way, that's bullshit that someone "removed" the seeds.

If that was the case they would have never kept the package in cirrculation. They would have sent you a certified letter saying "hey we found something bad in your package" and check off from a list of drugs, weapons, live animals, chemicals, etc. Usually they'll make a note that it was seeds and if you want em, come to NY or Chicago.

If you got your money back, RUN away. Think about it. For most people placing a small order, its not worth the hassle to fight with the person for the money back. Easy money for a scammer.

I have read about this happening before with Attitude. If the package doesn't appear to be tampered with it must have been an employee in the shipping department stealing, or, they process so many orders that they lost track of filled and empty envelopes.

EM and Sea of Seeds have been stand-up guys throughout this whole server leak/business restart. An almost textbook example on how to correctly handle a crisis and rebuild customer trust.

Notice the OP didnt have to stoop that low and no one paid attention to that post. The OP contacted them and got a satisfactory response without making himself look bad.

well brother it sounds like you got got from shipping, someone probably needed some beans and took yours out of the pile and sent it on. if it were me i would re-order from attitude. the most issue i have had from them is a 3 week delivery.. EVERY time i order they show up religiously.. or go with herbie's there usually on top of things.. the bad is unless you live in a fully legal area.country.state,commonwealth or what ever it may be they will always have the upper hand on things. what are ya going to do call the authorities nope its ill eagle to posses seeds in the us and most other places so your kinda screwed unless your customer loyalty is bar none and they need your money..just re order. it sucks and yeah you lost money but look at the money tree's you will be growin.. good luck, it sucks to see anyone without beans to grow there meds...

Just a threat to make to a possible thief. That didn't mean that I would do it and I'm glad it was taken care of.Peace

Waiting till I see no more gripes about SoS, as I know it will be soon, they've got some beans I want I can't get anywhere else. Hope they get their system and all sussed soon

I've dealt with them before and they delivered as promised. Some great strains and excellent freebies! They may not be as validated as Attitude but they've been great so far. I don't know what happened. But they aren't calling me a liar when they could and are being honest and responsible about what happened. Therefore I have no reason to believe they are lying to me.

Also a buddy of mine told me he's had a couple from attitude show up, looking untampered, with nothing inside. He said it's someone in customs who's pulling it and shipping it empty.

I call it unethical. I don't do business like that and maybe it leaves me open to get screwed. To be honest SoS could have kept my money, and I wouldn't have done a damn thing. Ordered from another site and moved on. In this business you have to learn how to "charge it to the game."

I believe in Karma, and I believe the only reason I received a refund is because of my values. Call me crazy if you will, but what goes around comes around. And this proves it, respect given is respect earned!

This is one of the reasons I'm sad about this. And they are typically lower cost then the others. Their stealth technique is pretty cool too. Just always be nice to them and they will take care of you!

A little worried SOS has had some operations issues the last month in half or so hope they get it together. I shall wait prior to placing a order. I ordered from them about 6 months ago three orders all came threw then poof all these internal issues. =(

That 30% sale probably generated more orders than they were prepared to process causing these problems we are reading about now.

Odysseed.nl doesn't have a wide selection, but are very reasonable & dependable.
