why do you have to turn off the light for 2 days? you know you can just leave the light on 24/7 if you are going out of town or somthing

if you do 48 hours without light it aint good but they will be fine, just maybe a little pissed of

rent a generator but you need a good room that vents outside and won't draw alot of attention and do not put it in the same room as the plants i suggested this to another person and they put it right beside the plants needless to say the plants made it another day and a half

Depending on how old they are you could just start flowering right after the 48 hrs of darkness. If you don't like that option, just put them back on 18/6 after the dark period and see what happens. Most likely, after a week or so (to overcome the shock) they will continue with their vegetative growing.

Let us know how it turns out.
