ok, i got some seedlings( 3) off a buddie, they already were about 2 inches tall and had the false leafs and the 2 jagged 1's, he said they were a week old, i have had them for 4 days now, and i have seen NOTHING, i took a pic the first day to compare, and they r still the same, but alot greener, and they r under better lights, perfect temp, and good humiditey, n e comments would be great, WHY ARENT THEY GROWING ANY???

Check daily. You'll see some VERY small leaves starting to form. Remember, patients is virtue. :)

i do see those other small 1's starting to form, but they have been there all along and have not gotten bigger

You are growing the roots. When ya get more roots the bigger the plant will get. Once the roots are grown out some it will grow an inch or more per day.

could it be the rockwool, i really diddent put it down to far in my pots, its prolly covered by a half inch of soil???

Half inch of soil is fine but before anybody anwsers you with a meaningfull responce you need to let us know your not an idiot and that you have them in the right conditions. What kind of light are you using, What are they potted in, Whats the temp and any other of the infinite conditions they are growing in and around would be very usefull and needed.

it has 2 leafs, u cnat expect it to shoot into a tree in 4 days, with 2 leaves photosynthesis, is small

Well its sounds like you have a good setup but its all clear to me now. You have 150 watt CFL,s 3-5 inches away! ! and they arnt in the vegatative growth stage yet not even close move the light at least 12 inches away you can put them closer when they can handle the extra heat and they dont even need that much light yet anyway. Always monitor the temp at the leaf top!!!!!!!!

Well i just got back from my buddies, who gave me the seedlings, his r about 7 inches tall now with a bunch of leaves and allready branching at the bottom, the only prob is, they r light light green, and it looks like a mouse fart would knock them over, so i guess iam just growing out the roots now???, then there gonna take off, thats my theroy and im stickin to it

that is possible... ur conditions look correct... only thing i would watch is... this is what happen to me... ph your water... if your ph is off it will fuck your plants so hard... right off the bat... slow growth early.. then it will turn into yelowing leave's and lack of nutrient uptake.. later... make sure ur watch ur phed !!! and ignore the guy who posted above u... as long as your forarm can feel little heat then ur plants should have no problem... i also have grown with 100 watt cfl and ive kept it that close to relativly small plants

my girls haven't been growing because I have the lights right there (using CFL) so they don't have to strech to find the light

i dont want them to strech so i keep the light nice and close, the only prob iam having is that they dont even grow out, looks like NOTHING is differnt from the day i got them, PH is good, i have an aquarium tester kit( from my old hobby)
