Nitrogen overdose damage question from a newb

My first grow and I managed to give my plants too much nitrogen in the veg stage. The plants seem to be recovering nicely and are growing again (5th week of veg). The lower leaves are still dark and curled but the top of the plant is doing and looks great. Life goes on.

How much damaged have I caused to the plants (stems, stalks, etc.)? Will I have problems later on? It's been 8 days since I caught the overdose, is it OK to switch them to flower stage soon?

Thanks.

Youd be suprised how resillient these plants can be. I have no good comment on whether or not to flip, but I truly believe your plant is all good.

Here are pics. Thanks!
That's nothing. They look fine. I should dig up the photos of one of my problem plants which had salt buildup, nutrient lockout, I poured hydrated lime to improve the soil ph (not knowing it was salt buildup). That one went onto flower and produce some of the best smoke of anything I've grown. It looked like it would die for awhile.

Much appreciate the replies. I was worried about the lower branches and leaves causing problems later on.

Thanks!
