**Nirvana's Feminized White Widow CFL Grow**

ok.. well heres the pics of the 1st seedling.. soofar the baby is looking good... its got a nice bright green shade to it.. now im just waitin for the other one to sprout.. the seeds looked to be at the same stage.. soo im sure the next seed will sprout sometime tomorow. here ya goooo

heres the box for now.. once theyre actually like a few inches tall... im gonna put the computer fan in the ox.


and heres what the dome looks like all set up. gonna take the top off once the other seedling sprouts. and ill just mist them so they stay moist since they wont have the humidity dome.


and here is the young lady. =-) shes lookin good so far. lol.


well hopefully by tomorow the other one will sprout and i can post a pic of her sister. and yeaaa.. ive looked at your thread ALOT! hahaha.. i knew i reconized ur name and icon from somewhere..

i looked at that a while back when i 1st started coming on this site lookin around.. ive been looking at that thread even more lately since i knew i was gonna start growin white widow. lol.

and i do want to get some fox farm nutes AND soil.. im hopin to get my 400 watt HPS light soon. im gettin the MH conversion bulb too.. not sure how much ill use it.. but i do wanna have one just in case..

also, i wanna get some auto's to grow soon.. ill just keep the autos under 18-6 light with the white widow.. this is the 1st time im growin under 18-6 light.. ive always done 24-0.. but alotta people say 18-6 is better... soooo im gonna give it a try and see what happens.

heyy guys. sorry I havent been around lately, I've been really really sick. Me and my g/f both got sick, and my whole family as well. Feeling much better now now. Thank God! Well so far, only one of the White Widow Plants have sprouted. I will post new pictures up tomorow. It's about an inch high, and looks pretty green. As soon as the roots sprout I will be planting it into a bigger pot. Thats it for now, I promise to have new pics tomorow, and I will keep updating from here on out.

heyy thanks man. Yeaaa we are all feeling a little better thankfully!

And I cant tell if the other person is being serious or being sarcastic about my setup? lol/ But either way, the setup works for me,and my other plants i grew (3 were males and 3 went hermie so I tossed them) grew very fast and looked great... beside the balls they grew. lol.

But anywayz, the one WW plant is still the only one to sprout, I'm giving up on the other, and decided to germ another seeds as of this morning, I'm gonna take some pics in a few and post them up. The one that did sprout is looking pretty good to me in my opinion. You guys can check it out and tell me what you think. Cant wait to put it into a bigger container because the pellet thing dries up so quickly because its sooooo small. It should have some roots growing out the bottom soon I'd hope.

As I said before I'm going to be using Miracle Grow Seed Starting Soil, and if I cant get my hands on some Fox Farm soil once the plant gets a little bigger, than I'm going to just use Miracle Grow Moisture Control. If anyone is on a budget and/or cant get any Fox Farm soil, I will recommend MG Moisture Control to EVERYONE! I had great success with it. I know another grower who I've talked to (SICC) uses it as well and has had success with it.

Hoping that you stick around throughout my whole grow if you can, since I know you've had experience with WW, and had some GREAT SUCCESS with your plants, and as I said, I would be happy if my plants grew 1/2 as good as yours did.

Hey guys... I got a quick question.. probably gonna sound dumb at 1st.. but lemme explain. lol. Sooo i still have 1 plant that has been growng for a while now! Its from some schwagg bagseed, (you can go to my old journal to see pics of it, its the wierd plant with the shiny leaves, you can read about it towards the end of the thread, the last few pages) and i started all 3 of the plants at the same time, 2 of them i harvested because they were hermie and i didnt want to bring pollen to my new house because I didnt want to chance my White Widow plants gettin pollenated.

But anywayz, this plant is STILL flowering. Its been flowering for about 10 or 11 weeks now. But over those 4 days I was sick, I didnt get a chance to come and water it at all. =-( So when I came home to water it, it was basically dead.. msot of the leaves were all soggy, and some were crusty. the whole top of the plant you couldnt even see the buds because the leaves were covering them.

I decided to cut off all the soggy and crusty leaves, which ended up being just about ALL of them. lol. And now the top of the plant wont grow anymore. I will post up pics, but the top of the plant wont perk back up, but some of the lower branches with buds growing are doing ok now. They still look healthy.

Sooooo.. lol. The whole reason I'm saying all this is... I want to know if I can take cuttings from this plant, since I know its not going to survive much longer at all. Theres about 3 or 4 branches I would like to cut off. So what I want to do is take those 3 or 4 branches, and put them in their own little pots ( I have Peat Pellets I can use too ) and keep them on 12-12, and just try to let them continue to flower.....

Has anyone ever tried this? Or think its possible to do this? I think im gonna try it tomorow, I just need to get some Rooting Hormones. I just know the plant is not going to stay alive much longer. and I figure it cant hurt to try. The buds on the plant are very small as it it. I dont know why it took sooooo long to even start budding, or why the buds never decided to grow big. lol. But Just to let you guys know, this plant smells AWESOME!! And its VERY VERY sticky! When I cut the leaaves off, my fingers kept getting stuck together.

So even if this doesnt work, I can just harvest the little bit of buds that are there. Theres probably like an 8th, or maybe a Quarter, if that. =-/ But I'm hoping that the weed itself is good. It smells pretty damn good. I will kee you guys up to date on my little project. Wish me luck!

ok guys. im back. I'm cutting down that dying plant npw.. I took 4 cuttings from it and put them in the jiffy pellets with the rooting hormones.. soo we will see what happens.. my other seed already cracked open a little! I put it in a little tin thing, like the things you get gift cards in, and I left in near my heater vent. Its crazy what a little extra heat can do for you when germinating seeds! My last 2 seeds took about 3 or 4 days to even crack. And I did pretty much the same method with the paper towels, except I didnt have heat. And now its been less than 24 hours, and this seed looks like the otheer ones did after 3-4 days!

Anywayz.. I FINALLY found my camera!! I just took some pics.. So im gonna finish trimming the plant, see what i get, take some more pics, and then put them on here for you guys.

ok.. heres the pics.. and just so you know... i changed my mind.. I didnt want to try to grow the cutting i took.. figured it would be a wast of time and light. also.. you can probably tell the difference but some of the buds are greener.. those were the ones that didnt "die" but the rest of htme were dying, and were pretty dry already. just vlettin u know in case u =r wondering why they look different. and i took a couple pics of the baby white widow plant.



heres the little bit of root comin through the bottom of the jiffy pellet. soo hopefully i can put it in a pot soon.

I have the buds in my box drying with a computer fan for exaust. and once the seed is ready to be planted into the peat pellet and once the other one is ready to go into an actual pot... i will post more pics. =-) lemme know what you guys think!

Hey guys. just a quick update. I have a new setup. Now that I harvested the other plant, I can use my whole closet for the WW now. And also, I planted the other seed about 30 min ago. It had a long enough taproot I thought to plant it. I will take new pics tomorow.

Looks like nobody's really checkin out thi thread anymore. =-( That sux. but oh well. I do it for myself too, so I can keep a log on how my grow went. Well I just got home. Gonna go check on thmem now. I will post some more pics up of Baby Widow (thats not gonna be her official name cuz once shes 8-9 weeks old, shes not gonna be so little anymore). lol.

yeaaa. i dod smoke it.. it was pretty fuckin good!! lol. curing it made the smoke sooo smooth. and it deff got me high.. really high actually.. just a pain to break up cuz it was really sticky.... but had tons of seeds. =-( i got 42.2 grams from them both.. not too bad for my 1st grow i guess..

i just harvested the last plane.. i wanted to keep it growin.. but it dies on me.. cuz i got relly sick.. and i was at my gf's house for a few days and didnt get to water it... but i have a harvest pic of that im about to post up now.. got 8 grams from that.. its still curing.. but i should be able to smoke it pretty soon.

and yeaaa. they are kinda borin in the begining.. i HATE waiting. but it will be worth it. and thanks for sayin u like my grow. i always try to put up a bunch of pics.. that makes the journal sooo much better. especially wen theyre flowering.. thats the best!! im gonna take a fuckin shitload of pics wen this white widow is budding!! =-D

lol. thanks. yeaaa. ive beenneedin new shoes FOREVER!!! ive been wearin the same "style" shoe for the last few years... adidas forums. whichis what those are.. i always get either all white or all black.. but i got gray and white a while back.. and i just saw these.. soo i had to get them.. lol. i didnt mean to take the pic with the shoe in the backround.. but it was in there.. soo i kept it. lol. and yeaaa. i think the plant likes the new home.. gives her room to stretch those roots out.. still waitin for the other seed to sprout.... =-/ im hopin it does soon tho. i dont get it. the seeds germ.. but when i put them in the soil... they dont sprout. well the last one didnt and this ones takin a while.. oo well. ill just have to wait and see what happens.. im praying. i guess im happy... at least one has sprouted and looks healthy so dar.

1 lol. sadly the other seed didnt grow either.. idk why!! im gonna write Nirvana and complain.. cuz out of 3 feminized seeds.. only 1 sprouted.. I have another one germinating now.. sooo im gonna see what happens with that.. I was thinkin about germin a couple of those freebies I got.. noone knows what strain they are.. even the Nirvana website sais they dont know.. its a mystery. lol. but im sure its gotta be one of their own strains.. and most of their strains are good... in my opinion.. soo if these last 2 dont grow.. then im gonna grow a coupe of them.. i just hate that i dont know if theyre male or female. =-/ i hate wasting light and space on plants that end up bein male...

I order them from The Attitude, but they are from Nirvana. Put my order in last Saturday, so hopefully they will be here soon!
