Man that sucks, I just did my first online order a couple months ago, and sprung for the guranteed shipping... I received package 8 days later contents untouched. I don't think you will be facing any problems over a $36 order. Sorry I can't relate, just wanted to pass on my regards. Good luck next time.. bongsmilie

Just as a side-note, buying/selling/keeping cannabis seeds is not a criminal offense as they don't contain any THC (you need to check that for your state), but these fuckers look like they don't have anything better to do than confiscate some plant seeds...sorry to hear about it. Make another order, but use a different address, or ask a friend who ordered successfully before to do so for you. And for the love of God, don't use the post office for ordering such things, take the guaranteed shipping option. Surely the delivery company will not run into any problems, and even if they do, they won't charge you for their mistake ;)

I always order from Attitude because they have stealth/guaranteed shipping. Never run into that problem, but I would not go through the post office.

Only problem I have with attitude is the fact they they charge a lot just to ship $13 for international then another $10 for guaranteed. Places like herbie ship stealth and super stealth for free basically just shipping cost, nothing extra.

Best thing to do I say is to have them removed from breeder packs because it's pretty obvious if you don't and it gets searched.

Suddenly you know the law worldwide? Just as a side note, seeds are illegal, otherwise they COULDNT take them from the package =P

Yea, seeds are illegal. Otherwise you wouldn't see discrete and guaranteed delivery plastered all over seed banks websites. They won't warrant the same attention fron the law as sending marijuana through the mail would but it's still illegal none the less. Customs would probably rather not go after some stoner kid who bought 5 seeds from the UK but if they happen to spot it they'll take the seeds and put a "you shouldn't do that" letter in the package instead. Just like what happened with the OP.

Nothing will happen. They usually send a blue letter with your empty package and that is it. I do know of one occasion when they left the contents and still sent the letter.
The feds have no interest in pursuing the matter.

I believe that posession of the seeds is not a criminal offense. For novelty purposes. Once you germinate the seeds, that is where you run into problems.

If that was the case there'd be a thousand seed vendors in the USA. You need to check the law. :)

i have gotten seeds from nirvana a few times with the mints everytime. maybe the feds figured out that it wasn't your grandma from the netherlands who wanted you to try her favorite mints.
