harth234 - the 1 oz is an estimate, the 25% rule - the plant hadn't been watered for a week so bud weight should be a bit more than 25%

trifase - the curing plans are to dry for a week, then into the curing jars - just started using a cigar humidity meter to keep track of the curing progress

she's finally done, i just happened to have the smoke report ready to go

all right, a quick report on the finished product
bear in mind, this was fresh, wet, and uncured - but a vaporizer can work with pretty much anything

quantity vaped was tiny, couldn't have been more than 1/30th of a gram
better safe than sorry from some racy edged, paranoia inducing sativa

however, i can say it wasn't that, and the 1/30 gram was plenty for first taste
bud odor had a dominant sweet mint with a little skunk
there was a unique flavor, i'd call it fair in this respect, kind of hard to describe
not minty, maybe a bit sweet, but words really fail me here, nothing comes to mind to compare it against
no hint of any pine or hashy taste

more of a creeper than immediate effect, about 5-10 minutes and built for a while

on pontentcy, i would rate this as high
the tiny side bud i used was crazy with resin, kind of like a tiny ball of glue on a stick
and i'm glad to have started with a tiny amount, this is a strong strain

but on the real deal, effect
i'll have to mention most of my strain experience has come from the mexicans and columbians of years ago
that and a more recent nl#5 grow which gives me some indica experience

this was like nothing i've had before, guessing it's the african sativa influence
i'm looking for a mood elevating sativa that is not racy to help with depression/anxiety issues
this was not racy, not at all, lot of head effect, but not an 'into the stratosphere'
not really euphoric in my opinion, i've had old mexican that would beat in this respect easy
but it does have a strong head, i guess i'll call it even headed, functional, mildly stimulating

i did read a good number of smoke reports before ordering this, i'd say they're accurate
it's definitely not for everybody, but for me i'll give it a thumbs up
not quite my holy grail, but a good start, only about another 10,000 strains to sample

Sounds like a nice smoke. Now let it cure and see the difference in taste/smell and somewhat potency haha

congrats buddy! the bud looks just gorgeous...really good job. the smoke report discourages me a bit from growing this strain. i also suffer from anxiety and sometimes panic attacks but that's why i like more of a mellow indica dominant high. get my speech flowing hehe. i'm moving to a new place soon and you have inspired me to try a cfl/lst grown so ill definitely be hitting you up for advice!

funny you should mention that, just did kick the next grow off
i popped a Cali-O seed from nirvana over the weekend
damn thing stretched like crazy in one day when i left it in a sunny location
so into the grow chamber it went, i'll start a grow log in the next day or so

Nice micro grow....an oz looks like a good yield for that rig. I just made a trip to Lowes and got a vanity light fixture and 3 40w 2700K CFL's to finish up my box. The 150w reptile light was way to hot to manage the heat inside the box and fried my little ones. But thanks to your thread and many like it I have a direction to go and a few cuttings on the way from a friends little lady. No idea of the strain but was some 3 hit smoke to begin with. Can't wait for the next grow log!!

this seems to have some real anti-anxiety potential, but it's also really potent
low anxiety in small amounts, probably delirious in larger, it was very strong

wow. sounds good tho man.. guess the "POWER" part in the name is true then. lol. glad u like it more now tho. thats how it was with my WW at 1st... i was like... Blown Away by it.. since it was my 1st succesfull grow of a seed with good genetics.. all my other grows were bagseed.. and i was almost TOO high the 1st time.. hahaha.

how did u get sum of those seeds?? i thought they didnt sell them anymore? and yeaa, well its good to have high hopws tho. =) lol. for the most part.. if ur gettin seeds from a company like attitude or nirvana.. chances are they're good genetics.. adn will grow a nice plant. =)

got all my nirvana seeds from seed boutique, i have PPP, Cali-O, Jock Horror, and Mazar-i-Sharif

2 separate orders, the PPP and Mazars were freebies

likely these Cali-O were older stock in cold storage, 1st seed sprouted right up
it had just barely peeked above the soil, so i thought i was safe leaving it in a sunny room for one day
in 24 hours it shot up over 2 inches! it stretched on me big time
tossed it in the grow chamber, and it seems to be filling in a bit
so this could be some of the older sativa stock? nirvana reworked it with some indica genetics after
a lot of old timers used to rave about the old nirvana Cali-O sativa
