Nirvana NYPD - Round 2

Starting a journal kinda late, been working on these for awhile now. Been a struggle without checking my ph but my replacement should be in tomorrow and they've survived this far.

I'm approx 5 weeks into flower. Flipped to 12/12 exactly a month ago today. I've got 2 Nirvana NYPD from a previous grow as well as a few bag seed that germinated well.

At this point I'm down to three plants from the others being male or not surviving.... mostly turning male. One of the NYPD that turned was grown out until seed balls were nearly falling off at the slightest touch. These were used to pollinate the remaining two NYPD females. Hopefully they will keep me supplied with NYPD seeds for awhile since my wife especially loved the strain for her fibromyalgia symptoms.... I just enjoyed the heady speedy high I got lol...

So yeah. I'm up to week 5 and they are looking yellowed to me. Though I did notice the 1000 watt Hps they are under is adding a lot to it. When it's off they are a much happier shade of lightish green. I feel pretty confident the coloring is mainly coming from the light spectrum and my iPhone. I've definitely been going light on the FoxFarms Trip though. They've been getting at most half strength. Bumping it up to 3/4th strength of the attached schedule starting next feeding in 3 days or so, the organic soil I bought for Walmart seems to really hold the moisture and I've been especially careful to avoid keeping them too wet. Usually give approx 1 1/2 gal each when they are lighter per pickup test, they're in 3 gal containers leftover from planting house plants. Cheap grow this is!

My wellwater usually read around 6.8-7.3 when I had a working ph tester, after adding my usual nute amounts. I would much rather have been able to test each watering and feeding but my tester shitting out on me means I'm waiting for my new one to come in before I can be more accurate.

Temps are ranging from mid to lower 80's lights on to low 70s-mid 60s lights off. Humidity is swinging wildly from 60-70% when I can keep the baby humidifier also from Walmart going 24/7, refilling it every few hours..... to 16% lowest one day when I was at work for 12 hours and couldn't do anything about it. Usually it's hanging out about 40-50% on average.

I think that about sums it all up. I'll try to update every few days or anytime I notice something I'm unfamiliar with or worth noting. Cheers guys! Any input is very much appreciated. Looking forward to learning and sharing with all of you.

Here's the feeding schedule I'm following. I've always heard that fox farms trio are especially potent and wanted to avoid nute burn. Some clawing made me nervious of over ferting but the top leaves and growth just seems so small like its deficient in Nitrogen. And cutting back to less and less hasn't seemed to help so I'm gonna start only watering every 3 days at most or depending on how light they feel. I'll feed 2x per week with 3/4 strength FFT.

Each plant is in 3 gal pots and I usually fill a 5 gal bucket - wiped out and cleaned without chemicals with pure well water for watering/feeding.

I usually add a total of:
9tsp of Big Bloom. it's 3/4 strength already
4tsp of Grow Big should be 10tsp per chart
4tsp of Tiger Bloom should be 10tsp per chart.

Usually my ph was running around 6.5 or so. I'll be finding out tomorrow for sure.

Any opinions? Am I doing too much ferts, too little or sounding right by y'all. I did notice one of the lower yellowed leaves had a dark purple colored stem to the leaf. I'll research my nute toxicities and deficiencies and post what I figure out. I remember seeing that description somewhere.

I think my biggest problem is probably overwatering but I don't want them to dry out too much like a previous attempt did before I had a semi successful grow. I second guess everything lol
