Nirvana Master Kush indoor with Aerogarden

All of my items have arrived, I am currently working with Nirvana Master Kush and FoxFarm nutes Big bloom, grow big, and Tiger bloom.. For now I am using the standard CFL grow lights included with the aerogarden, after week 2, I will switch to 400W METAL HALIDE + AERO GARDEN LIGHTS.. For flowering I will be using 400 WATT HPS lights. I would start with the MH lights, but they are still being shipped so im using the CFLS for now.

I also have FOXFARM Beastie Bloomz, Cha Ching and Open Sesame for flowering stages

I am going to put the seeds in the aerogarden tonight and put the dome lid on them and wait for them to sprout.. From there on, I'll be posting pics.

This is my first grow (outside of soil) and I'm very excited to see the results.

If any one has any advice along the way, please provide it.. I will also be sure to give any tips I find useful when growing in the aerogarden.

DAY 1 FRIDAY JULY 20th 2007

Ok.. Out of 10 seeds, ALL 10 germinated! I planted 7 in the aerogarden and 3 in soil.. All under 2700k 23w CFLS + Aerogarden lights.. I Have a 400W HPS/MH on the way, this should do for now.. I'm hoping for 5 of 7 in the aerogarden to sprout with no problems and 2 of 3 of the soils.. For a total of 7 plants. I would like to see 3 - 4 females in the end.

So far the aerogarden has no nutes and I will not add any until next week.

I added a Tablespoon of Big BLoom to a half gallon of water for the soil grow..

They wil be under 17/7 light with the exception of the first day, I gave them 24 hours.

I dont really know what to make of your pictures, but congrats on getting them all to germ. thats not always easy. GL on the grow.

I have an aerogarden (aeroponics) on 7 plants and 3 in dirt

DAY 6 THURSDAY JULY 26th 2007

9 out of 10 have made it, I have 5 in the aerogarden and 4 in soil.

I started feeding them foxfarm nutes at half strenth with a PH of 5.4, they are currently under tons of CFLs, and im setting up the MH light tonight

What I dont get is why are my soil plants growing faster than those in the aerogarden

do you have Airstones? The soil must be breathing better
