Got some pictures from my grow journal. Just wanted to share with everyone.

Indoor grow.
On CFLs light.
using a bubbleponics method.
General Hydroponics gro,macro,bloom nutes

They are on 12/12 right now and about 7 days away from chopping.

What do yall think?

This is my second grow. My first grow did not turn out very well at all.

they look good but...you are farther away than 7 days from chop. I've grown the strain twice. The hairs go red and curl up back into the bud. Those are still too white...and still too hairy.

im flushing the plants right now. They are drinking pure RO water right now. Those pics are about a week old. Currently the pistils are mostly all red with a few white mixed in. The colas are frosty and she is sagging with the weight from the buds. I had to prop up some of her branches to keep her from falling over.

yeah man i've grown the strain three times, my experience is the longer you leave and feed'em the bigger they'll get. yours don't look too bad but remember they shrink twice they're size when they dry

Ive made a few mistakes in this grow. Its a learning experience for me as this is my second grow.

I didnt have enough lighting. The CFLs were great for veg but I would have got better results if I used a HPS or a MH lights for bloom.
I tried to grow too many plants and didnt have enough room for them all, which resulted in a couple of plants getting choked out.
I vegged for too long, considering the amount of grow space I had available.

Those errors not withstanding i think i did a rather good job for my second grow.

if you didn't chop yet...take pics n share. The very very very most common mistake is cutting too early. The person being told that they are cutting too early...always believes they know better than everyone else. I fully believe this pattern will continue and you will chop regardless of others thoughts...but sharing pics BEFORE you chop...well that wouldn't KILL you now would it?

I have not chopped them down yet. I planned on doing it 3 days from now. I understand what you are saying about asking for advice and then not taking it. There has been many times where I was the person giving the advice. The inquiring party always did not take my advice.

24 hrs before chopping ill take more pictures and post them. Then you can say they are ready or not.

Until then I try to post more pics. But the quality wont be that good cause i have a shitty camera phone.

Cool. I really just want to help...glad you see it that way. FYI I start counting flowering from the time when the sex is clearly visible not from day one of 12/12. Knowing that as my start...I chopped one AK 48 at day 53 of flower. and another at day 56 of flower.

Looks a little bit stretchy of a plant, not sure of how good buds you will get on the lower branches because of the weak penetration from CFLs

Yup I understand fully. I cut them down, about 6 days ago. I took your advice and let them flush for a while longer. What I did was 5 days ago I cut off the lower branches and left the main cola and some surrounding buds on the plant. I just chopped down the main cola today and they are drying right now. That stuff is frosty frosty frosty.

Although the lower branches dont look nearly as tasty as the main cola, they have been drying for the last 6 days. So last night I sampled the smoke.

I was impressed, the first bowl didnt hit me as hard as i thought, but 10mins later and another bowl, i was stoooned.
The smoke is super smooth and didnt make me cough at all. The rest of the lower branches are curing in glass mason jars and should be completely ready by Saturday or Sunday. Only problem with it was that i didnt get as much as i had hoped and it doesnt hold a burn well, gotta keep the lighter on it. But my friend told me thats cause its not fully cured yet. SO we will see in a few days.

I hear ya. CFL light alone was not enough for that many plants. I needed more cfls in there or something entirely different that puts out the necessary Lumens. So I saved up and I bought some more grow gear.

I bought a 600watt HID HPS grow light with digital ballast and reflector, a Co2 generator, and a new tent identical to the one i have in the pictures. The new tent will house 3 mother plants that i plant to take clones from. THe existing tent will be for flowering out the clones under the HPS grow light. Hopefully the next grow will have alot more weight. THat is if i do everything else right. Next grow im going to try growing Blackberry and White Widow. Ill germinate 2 fem seeds of blackberry and White Widow and take the strongest 3 as mother plants and let the other one grow out and flower. Then just take clones and have what i hope will be a harvest every 3 weeks. Ill start another journal with pics for that grow. Most of the stuff is in just waiting on the beans.

Ill post some pics later of the currrent grow curing and drying. It looks so tasty up close. You can see all the THC glands standing up on the buds.

Dude that is a great job for using CFLs from seed to harvest. Invest in an HPS and you will be set my friend, the buds will be much more dense and compact rather than stringy and fluffy. I mix CFLs (42 Watters that are 2700K for flowering) and 150 Watt HPS (2700K for flowering as well) from seed to harvest and I have acheived pretty good results. I only grow 2 plants at a time though. Beautiful buds though, In my opinion at least.
