NIGHT-SHIFT

Our local news had a story of theft last night. The guy has him on video for all the good that does. As the owner told the media the plants weren't finished yet.
I hope a lot of the fuckin bastard thieves have zero reward for their efforts. I hate thieves and folks who take what isn't theirs.

here comes the night..... only 7 plants total left to process... which should take me another week to 10 days to finish up...
nice to see a full season this year with little to no mold... and almost zero budworms...too..
I have a 100 acre property about half way to Ottawa from my place and it will be the perfect property to let the apple jack run wild on...
def saving some whole buds with seeds in them..... to plop there this fall....and see what I come up with next spring....
If all works as planned ....I should only have to thin out next years sprouts, and distribute them around the chosen patch....from there I will leave the patch alone with the whole plants remaining(short of the top cola's) to allow for regrowth the following year...
with any luck the only maintenance this patch should require will be thinning out of the offspring each spring...

very fitting song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ooooh...
You might not ever get rich
But let me tell you it's better than digging a ditch
There ain't no telling who you might meet
A moviestar or maybe even an Indian chief

Working at the car wash
Working at the car wash, yeah
Come on and sing it with me, car wash
Sing it with the feeling now, car wash yeah

Come some of the work get's kind of hard
This ain't no place to be if you planned on being a star
Let me tell you it's always cool
And the boss don't mind sometimes if you act a fool

At the car wash, woooh
Talking about the car wash, yeah
Come on y'all and sing it for me
Car wash, woh, car wash yeah

(Work and work) Well those cars never seem to stop coming
(Work and work) Keep those waxin' machines humming
(Work and work) My fingers to the bone
(Work and work) Keep up, I can't wait till it's time to go home

Hey, get your car washed today
Fill up and you don't have to pay
Come on and give us a play
(Working at, working at the)

Car wash
Talking about the car wash yeah
Car wash yeah
Come on y'all and sing it with me
Car wash
Sing it with feeling
Car wash yeah [Repeat till fade]

Wowowoh
Those cars never seem to stop coming
Keeps those rags and machines coming
Let me tell you it's always cool,
And the boss don't mind sometimes if you, act the fool

my anatolian shepherd/ huskie
his bark alone is enough to scare most away.....you can actually feel his bark force ....which is one of the defense mechanisms anatolian's have...
oh and his 100 lbs of presence helps too....

Do you stay up all night or put the dog on midnight duty?

Usually both...this time of year I switch to working at night ,which allows me to be up in real time..watching cams and monitoring the garden.
The dog loves to sleep outside and is always the first to know when someone is around ....
My 3 season porch is 15 feet away from the plants and its quite comfortable to work right from there.
the dog...is also working full time days too

Just a few blocks from here someone went up and down the road and ripped everyone's plants up and down the whole road in the middle of the night.
