So I decided to have a grow journal this time around  I just started to grow white widow and AK 47.....and 2 bag seeds.....I am growing under 400W MH for now, will switch to 400W HPS for flowering. Got my own organic soil mix...soil, perlite, vermiculite, bat quano, bone meal, dried blood, garden lime and epsom plus. Right now they are 1 week old...first pic WW, second AK 47 and alltogether... Gave them a VERY LITTLE of ferti-lome root stimulator...since they are just in soil and perlite for now.

My babies are 2 weeks old now and they are looking NICE :weed: I did have a little issue with a couple of them...they were turning purple underneath the leaves and little bit on stem...people said its too cold or they need N...I put heater in the room and gave them some dried blood...new growth is beautiful green. First pic 3xWW, 2xbag seeds, second AK47 and third all together. One of the WW is turning ends of the leaves brown...cant be too much nutes I am assuming its light...I am not really doing anything about it for now...will just wait and hope it will deal with it.

I also noticed today roots coming out at the bottom of those cups. I am planning to transplant today or tomorrow... but might wait a couple more days as well...someone said not to transplant them right away from seeing those roots but wait...I didn't really decide yet. They are gonna go from these cups into 5 gallon pots.

:leaf:I transplanted them and they are doing GREAT...didn't really get shock from the transplant. Although I do have a problem with 2 of my white widows...leaves are drying from the middle...most likely ph since they are in organic mix and I dont feed them (no nute burn). I heard white widow is very sensitive to all kind of shit...so its ok... My ph was around 7 - 7.5 so I am gonna be more carefull and consistent with 6.5

:leaf:They are 2.5 weeks old. Today was THE day for couple of them they are looking so good, it was time to get topped. I did 4 of them, the rest needs to wait little longer.

:leaf:1st pic ph issue, the rest topped plants. Found new topping technique online...its supposed to work EXCELENT so I decided to give it a shot with couple of them...you dont cut at the bottom just where the new branches are growing but leave a tiny bit of the new growth 1/4 maybe...as I read it has the most nutritient and will grow into top (or more) too...so you dont get 2 but 3, sometimes 4 tops from one topping... Forgot where I saw it but as soon as I figure it out, I will leave a link so you can read about it......seems cool.

Little over 3 weeks into it... Ph of my soil was higher so I adjusted that with Aluminum Sulphate and I also added a little bit of garden lime. That was 5 days ago and now they are all doing awesome. New growth looks all healthy and happy  Today I topped the rest of them.

By the way now I have 4 White widows...had one tiny one that didnt look like she is gonna make it from the beggining...but I left her alone and she is taking off now. She is a lot behind, but growing...transplented her today into her "ADULT" home...she looks healthy.

So pics...1,2 WW, 3,4 AK47, 5,6 bag seeds

Thanks so much guys...I am in such bad mood now though...I was checking them and spraying and trimming...and out of those 11 plants about 6 have preflowers...Only one of them is a girl for sure. My biggest, favourite plants look like males so far.

My last grow I got 2 females out of 13 plants...the rest males and hermies so I am scared my luck still sucks.

But I am happy for one female and will wait for my clones to show me for sure before I do anything.

Ok so its week 6 and they are happy growing!!! Still no needs for nutes I am loving my organic soil mix (homemade).

My clones are 10 days old and have roots...just not tough enough yet...and I am waiting on my pots (20 square 9" deep pots, 2 gl) for the clones (I will be flowering clones almost immediately after they root. Thats the plan for now anyway). So hopefully I will have them by monday to start flowering and figure out everyones sex. :hump:

Some of them have preflowers but cant tell sex for sure. Besides...flowering clones will tell me 100% so no confusion...

Thank you for the rep.

Here is my soil recipe:

5 gl of soil (40% no chemical nute soil, 30% perlite, 30% vermiculite),
1/4 cup dried blood
1/4 cup bone meal
1/2 cup bat quano
3 tbsp dolomite lime (garden lime)
1-2 tbsp epsom salt (epsom plus)

Mix it all well at least one week before you put your plants in and water and mix again about 3 days before you put them in as well.

One more thing...LET YOUR LADIES ENJOY!!! AND YOU SIT BACK...JUST WATER WHEN NEEDED AND ENJOY AS WELL!!!:blsmoke:
