NH: Taking Another Swing At It.

HB 442 Passed the House with a 221-96 vote on March 16, 2011. It is now scheduled for a Senate hearing on April 14 at 1:00 pm in SH100, Concord, NH. A similar bill was passed by both the House and the Senate in 2009, but was later vetoed by Gov. John Lynch. We need all the support we can get. If you live in NH or know someone who does, please help us pass HB 442 to ensure that our ill residents get the medicine they so desperately need.
