NGR - The Real Deal?

While I understand your frustration... you are misguided. This is how it works on EVERY internet shopping site. If items weren't "taken out of your cart", what happens if you add a ton of stuff to your cart and then wander off without ever ordering? You could fuck over everyone else just by adding all available items to your cart and then letting it idle, no one would be able to buy anything until you finished purchase or removed them from cart. That would be madness. The cart is just an organisational aid so that you don't have to make multiple purchases, it ISN'T a tool for claiming and reserving items to stop others from purchasing. The fact is, the item will remain "available" until someone actually completes their transaction, until that point one single item may be in hundreds of different carts.
I was about to write this post. Then I saw your post.

Well done.

Never ordering from NGR again. The guy was a bit rude with me and I can get seeds a week faster for about the same price overseas.

Good point as long as you get like 10 min or are told how long items will remain in your cart I totally agree.I was just aggravated with king because just because he had a great experience with ngr doesn't mean that gnome did.We all have the right to share our experiences here as the next person, and not get blasted. Thanks
You get blasted when your an asshat bro, if you don't like it don't come around my threads. You are more than welcome to bring your views here but if I feel like I just read a paragraph from some menopausal granny I am going to call you out on it.

A response like yours is justified, I hope they can get their shit together for the rest of you guys because I would like to continue ordering seeds from america and not from america transported to europe back to america. I feel like all that traveling and handlng by the post office could be a reason some beans don't pop.

Sorry you guys didn't have a great experience but I can only share my experience.

I have to disagee with that ace,
thigs in your cart are on a time limit
if sites, any web site were set up like NGRs you would be hearing left and right items sold out of your cart.
10+yrs of internet buying tens of thousands of dollars of merchandise while shopping for 5min or 45min with tons of stuff in my cart and it's never been sold out of my cart, ive timed out and had to reload.
you can go to any seed vendor and you can easily check how many paks of a strain are instock by loading your cart and
keeping count until there's none available.
ive have also put X amount in my cart, opened another window and check inventory on that item and the number of paks available in my 1st cart is reflected in the new window.
all of the sites(6) ive bought seeds from have a time limit as to how long you can let an item(s) sit in the cart,
and for obvious reasons I agree with.
some can load up a cart wander, off for the rest of the day and tie up and cost biz for the vendor.
or anyone intent on sabotaging a vendor can wreak havoc so i agree with it 100%
but to have no time limit is a bad idea.

Ive conducted dozens of limited releases with hi priority gear that sells out in minutes with differing vendors with 5-8 paks in my cart for 5+ minutes and never had my orders sold out of my cart before checking out.... EVER
with ngr 2 paks...2minutes and change and your fuk'd because there is no time limit.
if they are gonna set up the cart/checkout program up like that that It's fine....
**as long as they TELL US**

Ive worked for my self almost all my lifeI always try and give benefit of the doubt,
i kno shit happens you can't control manty times.
there was a conscious decision by ngr at some point in having their site programed to do that without informing
the customer... no matter how you slice that pie it was a bad decision imo
then dealing with a fried shit for brains customer service idiots...
couple that with paying an xtra $20 a pak
you said...frustration yeah I agree,
that and they're using biz tactics that drives away paying customers.
2 wks later i got the same items, 5 paks total, $60 cheaper after ordering from the tude
and paying for overseas shipping and stealth options.

if you like ngr... its fine with.
I'm sharing what my ngr exp was and I'm sure its something people would want to know.
BTW....no intent at all to start shit or pick a fight with others over this,
if square off with someone.. you'll kno it 100%

Sounds like the butthurt so strong it will never fade. You do realize this guy is located in the states and the company is new right? lol.. if you think hiccups don't happen you need a tampon and some chocolates and a movie.

NGR Customer service is definitely lacking. I've been interested in using them for a while as they have some offerings that aren't available just everywhere like BOG and Greenpoint.

I sent an email with a few different questions pertaining to shipping to Canada and the pricing and guarantees. I got a response of "yes we will ship". Needless to say I never ended up placing an order or even further trying to correspond.

Easy king shit I'd be passed if I had added beans to my cart and went to continue my shopping and came back to my cart to find my items gone,AND SO WOULD YOU!!!!!!!!!#!
I don't think pissed is the right word, I might be disappointed but not pissed. But like I said a few times already, they are a new company and with that you must be open to either growing with them or growing without them. As most of you have found the experience to be particularly bad, one can assume it best for you not to try again.

One victory does not lead to a Stanley cup, but many defeats will definitely not get you there either.

Guess we just have different experiences, every website I've shopped on has a static cart that has nothing to do with other people, and I constantly leave shit in my cart only to come back a week later, find it still in my cart, and buy it then.

Big retailers can do that, especially amazon and their huge warehouses.

I have had the disappearing packs happen to me on several sites over the years. You have to be quick on the draw on some drops if you really want them. Some packs will sell out in 15-20 seconds.
