Ive just recently took back up my hobby of smoking and growing my own after quite a few year off for medicinal purposes hoping to help with a stomach issue i have called G.E.R.D after a little reading it can apparently help..

Fast buds autos will all be 1sts for me but everything I've read on each strain are pretty much all posatives and also good for medicinal with their high cbd content
I think all these strains should be a lovely smoke all offering a different hits ,looking forward to the big bud x northern lights (2 of my favs) also the LSD25 I grew the barnys farm fem LSD and they we're my second favorite grow and smoke amazing kaya gold being my all time favourite (many years ago now) .. I think this time next week (without any issues) they should be well established and on their way and fingers crossed al nice and healthy mabie be able to add a little veg nutes to rez??. Fast buds say LSD25,GSC and WEST COAST OG loves ther nutes

Thanx

Seem to be able to keep my room temperature at a steady 26°c (80f) and that's with an added 600watt room humidity which I honestly forgot about and haven't even looked at until today is sitting at 40% reservoir temperature Is at 21°c not ideal but ok EC is 0.28 added a very weak feed of dutch pro grow A/B and a little dutch pro TAKE ROOT. everything seems ok will try for pics later today for anyone watching

You are creating more btu's than you can exhaust... you may have to make a lighting decision..
2200 watts is at least 1400 watts of heat...

Thanx for the reply mate don't no what's going on room temperature has been fine then all of a sudden booom,at the minute I'm running x3 600watt HP's and x1 1000watt hps (trying to yield as much as possible hence all the light's) I can drop a 600watt and have 2 600's over one tray and the thousand over they other tray or I can change a 600 for a 400watt HP's and have 2 600's over one tray and the 1000 and a 400 over the other which option do you think would be best @HydoDan ??. Defo don't want root rot want them rez temps to drop and my plants to start growing. Thanx for your help man

Try dropping a 600 watt... and see where it goes.. the plants still look good but then again they don't
have much in the way of roots yet..

Ok il drop 600 and just leave the 1000 over that system. Looking at my pic @hydo
Do you think my 1000 would be sufficient for one tray for maximum yield would be over 10 plants?? Thanx again really hoping to get things dialled in were I can just let things be and just let the plants grow I will take some pics at lights out im not sure if the plants are were they should be seem ok size wise I dropped them in cubes on the 17th cheerz

Are your plants easily moveable? Like moving shorter plants from the edges into the middle..
Rearranging for better light.. how wide can you spread the reflector on the 1000 watt.. you may have
to be your own light mover... tie it on one side one day then the other side the next.. just throwin more ideas!

Unfortunately plants can't be moved now.. The reflector is quite large but will also look at pulling it to one side one day and swap the next ... Think I may be starting to get nute burn EC is only 0.25 but plants looking slightly yellow on tips and abit of the leaves aswel. Been a bad start what with temps and now possible nute burn.. The joys ha

I don't feed seedlings for the first ten days.. They usually have enough stored energy too last that long..
Maybe just add some water and weaken your solution.. When I first started hydro I would add nutes a few drops a day until the plant responded... then take a reading and go from there..It's a long learning process...

I honestly thought they would be fine with the tiny amount that I added to the feed but I was wrong,im going to add water to resevoir tonight drop EC i didnt get a proper look at them but i think it may only be the smaller coffee Ryder that has the burn I may block that feeder and hand feed them I'll have a good look tonight. Yeah definitely a learning process mate a lot more to it than soil/perlite that I'm normally used to. hoefully in a week or so the plants will be a decent size and I'll b able to add the nutes bit by bit.. It says on description about the fast buds strains I'm growing that they can handle and like the nutrients unlike other autos. Do you reccomend topping or just a little LST with autos or should I just leave them to grow? Quality and quantity is my goal . thanx again man :peace:

I've only grown 3 or 4 autos that were freebies.. so I'm not sure... I've seen ppl say don't top then I've
seen grows that have multiple tops.. The main thing in your grow is to keep them all close to the same height..
So it is probably strain dependent.. topping some, leaving some and lst what needs it..I've never run nft but I have
a set of plans I made several years ago.. it has my interest.. I want to see it work! How are your temps?

Yeah ive went in to the unknown with these autos, I looked at quite a few grows and everyones different some top some LST suppose its personal preference and strain depending I have topped alot of regulars I have neva attempted LST would it be wise.?? (Mabie just little bit pulling apart not full on LST) for this grow I think top one of each strain, try my hand at lst'n and leave some to grow untouched.
Ok soooo temperatures ....
Room temperature 81.2 f (27°c)
Reservoir 73.2f (22.9°c)
Tray run down roots 73.2f
Took couple of pictures seems to be mainly the smaller coffee ryders that look nute burned rest seem ok ....what do you think @HydoDan .? Hard to tell but seem ok buddy?

Fewwwww good news pleased about that I thought they looked ok and have had steady growth daily. Going to leave the feed for 2 day's and keep giving them EC 0.2 water/week nutes till then, then I think il up to EC 0.3 see how they take it . Il update as and when mate. Cheerz

Thanks for turning off the light.
Hopefully you'll get everything dialed in SOONER then later..
Are you on the ground floor? If yes do you have a cool/cold crawlspace or basement? If you do you could pump some lines coiled up down there to cool your nutes. Just a thought
