Next gen grape god

I am on van isle and love this strain but I am interested in growing it outdoor.. how is her resistance to mould and bud rot? and what is expected avg yield per plant?

It will grow quite dense towards the end........... so if you get a lot of rain or have constant high humidity, it may not be the ideal strain for you. Yield is dependent on many things. It's grows slow in veg, but the buds hold their weight well when dried. With a long veg period, you will get a very nice yield.

thanks for the quick reply! yes I plan on starting them indoor in about 2 weeks than transplanting mid may in soil 3x3 ft holes plan on doing two or three of the grape god with about 3 or 4 other strains

I'm in m 6th week now.....less then 4 weeks left. Great crystal formation, and the smell is coming on nicely. I like the strain so much I already bought Next Generation's "Dynamite", which is the Grapefruit parent crossed with itself for my next grow. Good luck with it.....

Dasher65 said this about his Grape God: "The branches are thick and easily support the weight of the buds...which are quite dense. Mine was grown LST outdoors and I had to chop some buds early because of mold from unseasonably heavy rains."

I think this answers your question.

I have noticed to that the GG's need alot of veg time like SSHZ, as far as growing outdoor/ mould resistance, I would say due to the density of the bud, like DaSHer65 said, bud rot CAN happen. I live in Hawaii, in the jungle part of the Big Island, where Rh in my neck of the woods is a constant 60-70%, even with a dehumidifer attempts. But even with my high humidity, I pulled a couple 6.0 gram nugs from my top buds. As far as cloning this strain too, if anyone is wondering, I personally found a killer pheno, super fruity and knock out punch power. Not super cerberal, but something I love to play video games and unwind on. I have successfully cloned this pheno twice, I noticed though, I took a small clone and a larger top'd side shoot, the large top shoot cloned like a champ.
Another FYI point, I used Botani Care- Liquid Karma for Oasis cube soaking and cuttings in it as well, all rooted within 7 days, best results so far. Under a dome with two t-5's. Stokedddddd

Im trying a batch of grape god this year outdoors. in previous years weve been growing a strain bred in our patch that was a cross of grapegod and some hashplant clones from when my parents grew. we got a real hard to kill strain that grows tall and lanky with sativa characteristics and a real fruity smell. out of the 10 i grew that year the grape god cross (or as i call it GGHP) was the most resistant to mould.
here are some pics

Day 55.......... 2 pic's so u can get an idea about resin production. Click twice for closeups......smell is coming on too. I could probably chop them today and they'd be fine- but in another week, they'll be sick.

Damn, icurse the little grow hut i have built!! i def should make it taller, but cant do it right away. You guys think this strain would do ok in an extreme lst'ing/suprcropping situation,
to keep it at, or right about 18 inches???
