Newbie's stealthy grow in progress and questions

Hi guys! so I am new around and this is my first grow, I have posted a thread or two about my white widow that its now 11 days from seed but has been developing slowly because it has only one cotyledon.



I put a cheese to germinate about 4 days after so she is 7 days from seed. Im not really sure if she is healthy as the tip of one of its unopened cotyledons looks a bit damaged or brown.



So things are like this for now:

Lights (Veg): two 23w CFL's cool white. I will be adding two 14w CFL's later on.
Water: Ph and chlorine measured Tap water
24h cycle
Soil: Schultz pitting mix 0.08-0.12-0.08



Things will not stay like this, I will be completing the back wall and adding the other two bulbs tomorrow morning. As the plants grow the wood will go lower to provide space.

So, what do you guys think? Any advice is good and appreciated. Im just looking for a lil grow that is sufficient for not spending money anymore.

Oh wow, nice setup for seedlings, if the space gets too limited, you might wanna flower early, but nice setup. Post some more pics when they get bigger cant wait to see it hit 5 or 6 nodes.

Yeah I might flower her a bit early and even harvest a bit early. I will post more pictures if they survive!

replace the tin foil with mylar...emergency blankets are cheap....14 watt bulbs are not the greatest, 23 watt would be better...and you need a fan, even a PC fan will help

I have a fan right underneath the system, in the inner side there is a whole and the fan circulates colder air around the whole thing. I will try to replace the tin foil asap!. Thank you, your advice is highly appreciated.
