Newbie, worried about her plants Please help!

Idk what it is but some of my leafs are turning yellow and some of the smaller new growth leafs are turning up and have a black/brownish tint to them. Please help, Im worried that it might be the lights burning the plants so i raised the plants a bit. But im scared that it might be something worse.. all comments are appreciated.

Those plants look really stretched out which is a symptom of lights being too far away

Keep light closer my friend ...But never heat them b

y0 wow ure plants are stretched get those lights as close as u can from top of plants liek 1 inch i bet u using cfl thats why they sooo stretched!#&*% u wanna grow bud not stem x)
