Newbie with Nutrients. Please help!

All the forums say I you dilute 10:1 that urine is a perfectly acceptable nitrogen source.
Also happens to be free.
I wouldnt use concentrated urine.
Is there a reason why you wouldn't use it?

Yea I've seen the 10:1 piss food thing, and yeah more than likely will work. But take into account you may be putting things into your body you dont want to end up smoking. So if your taking anti-depressants or any prescription type drugs or even if u like me, just have a really shitty diet, probably best to just buy nutes.

Very good point thanks! I'm pretty healthy and only medicine I take is what grows lol. But you are probably right.
So what do you recommend? Preferably something I can get on amazon. What do you use?

I started growing last year so was pretty much in the same boat as you as to what to buy.
I have a hydroponic setup using DWC in my bedroom and 600w tent using Coco so needed nutes that could run with both. First nutes I brought was Canna Coco A+B (only 2 parts (most3) and pretty cheap compared to others I saw). Works great with coco and read online you can get away with using them in DWC so I did.
Cannot complain as it did what it said on the tin and kept my girls happy till the end.
This time ive switched nutes from coco a+b to GHE flora trio but only for my DWC - And have to say im pretty impressed by the results already. It's 3 part but if you look up something called the lucas formula you can get it down to 2 parts aswell.

I just ordered Grow which will arrive tomorrow and Micro, but it won't be here for a couple days.
You think I'll be ok with just the bloom and grow until the micro arrives?

If similar to GHE trio, u may find micro contains enough N and used with bloom, you can do away with grow.
(This is basically the lucas formula, but only read about it using GHE flora trio, would need to research if your nutes are similar.)

Yes... mix micro for 5 minutes before adding others. If you get bullet proof si mix it first again for 5 min. Those are the only 2 that require extensive mixing bonding time.

Should of just one bagged it with Maxibloom.
Ca:mg is a N source. Worm castings is a N source. Alfalfa is a N source with PGR's in it. Kelp is micros with PGR's in it. Seabird tea is mega N cost about .25 a gallon to make.

I like the cannazym as well but switched it out for myco tea. Not missing it so much anymore but it worked good.

I reporposed it to keep my 1/4 inch lines from clogging on my autopots and do its intended job. Humtea from ces is bomber however very expensive my tea is the bountea regiment.

Hey Pinner mate! You are awesome. Thank you for commenting on my stuff and helping with my grow.
So here is my issue. I'm certain my little seedling has been nitrogen deficient since birth.
I literally dug up soil from my apartment complex garden and planted a seed I found in a bag and germinated in it.
Now that she is getting bigger I spent the money on a smart pot, coco coir, and the full three part cutting edge solutions, micro, grow, and bloom nutrients.
My micro nutes won't arrive for another 5-6 days.
My girl needs nitrogen.
I found this article and am thinking of using urine to supplement my nitrogen until the CES micro arrives.

I will also start CES grow tomorrow in conjunction with CES bloom.
So what I want to know is. Can I dilute a little Urine from a healthy person that takes no meds, in order to bridge my plants nitrogen needs until my micro nutes arrive in the mail.
Your thoughts???
