Here is my set up along with prices:

1)10$ flourescent bulbs (fixture included) from Wal-Mart have gotten me 5 1/2 inch tall, 2 3/4 inch radius plants in 22 days. I purchased 6 of them. They each put out 75 watts but only use 17 watts of power. They are labeled as "Grow Light"; as blunt as it could ever be.

2) 6 $.97 Glade Cone odor neutralizers cover the smell perfectly

Yah, its a ghetto rig up but it seems to be working amazingly well. I was suprised because I would watch videos and assume you need to spend alot of money to grow appropriately.

Haha no, plus if I was I would be an educated cop, thus I still would not have any logical stand against pot.

I started out with the same setup. About 3 weeks in I added 10 (yes 10) 26w CFLs. I thought I was doing pretty good..... ;) Then I saw what they looked like with plenty of light. My avatar is from my grow as of yesterday.

BTW: You can buy 12 26w 6500k CFLs for a total of $30. It is actually cheaper than the grow light kits from Wal-Mart for $10 a piece.

the grow lights are great for veg, but the DON"T work for flowering, you are gonna have to more lumens....I've done it twice just to get dissapointed....thats why i just picked up a 400 watts hps....

hey johnny law i bought the same light ur talkin about from wal-mart but not to dissapoint u it wasnt that great but i only had one. I bought new lights at a great price from home depot. i bought 2 90 watt compact fluros that screw into an incandescent hole. 8 bucks a piece. and they have 1200 lumens a piece. And 2 of those metal light domes. 6 bucks a piece. they also have a good price on timers. i just bought them yestertday so i let u know how it works out

Haha, yah I think I know what bulbs you are talking about, I saw them after I purchased six of those wal mart ones. But thanks, now I know where to get some timers. What are you planning on using for flowering, Magic Dude?

Here you go... All from home depot (except the 3 tubes which i already told you about).

They are 2600 lumens per light. So, there is about 30,000 lumens all together under the hood.
