hello, quick question.....if i choose to ebb and flow...cant i just take seedlings from a 1.5" rockwool cube...place it on hydroton, and water by hand daily? why do i see so many ebb,flow systems with hydroton exsposed to light? dont the roots get hit by light?
I use ebb and flow, w/ hydroton.You just throw more rocks in there, to cover the roots.I flood for 15 min., 3x a day.Medical clones grow fuckin mad, got 2 Purple Kush, and a Hindu Skunk goin crazy, just using 3 fluros, then goin to 400 HPS for bloom..GH Flora 3 part. pH 5.5-6.5, 1200-1400 ppm, almost foolproof..
