Newbie Needs HELP

I just started growing about 3 weeks ago and i bought i indoor grow kit that came with a clip on fan and a inline fan. I dont want to sound stupid but what exactly are they used for?

Why would you buy shit that you don't know what it does?

I guess my question should have been. How long should I wait to turn them on? My plants are only like 3 inches high.

The fan and inline fan are used for ventilation and to make the plant a little more sturdier due to the wind oscillating on it don't place the fan directly on the plants but rather have the fan on oscillate weed plants like a lot of fresh air the inline fan is used to draw stagnant air from the grow area/room and your lady will also appreciate a temperature of about 75 degrees also make sure your light is the correct distance away from your plant to prevent your baby girl from stretching! It depends on a few things...How long do you plan to veg for and what type of wattage and lighting system are you going to use over the coarse of veg and flower?
