newbie mistake

So I made a mistake, and it was definitely a noobie one. This is not a question, I just need to share my pain/loss/frustration, and seemingly funny oopsie.

So my outdoor plant is about two weeks in flowering. Nice female too, preflowers just started to show, and she grew so nicely. She was in my front yard, but ibwas afraid that ppl will start to notice her, so I moved her to the backyard, with her new sister, which is a basset hound.

I think you see where this is going, haha, well ol' basset decided my plant was not fim'ed, and decided to do it for me. Came outside today, just after I took the dog outside, she goes to make her pee-pee, I quickly go in to get my coffee, and when I came back out, she plucked all the leaves. Ate the plant to the ground! Walking around with (what was left) of the top cola ...

After chowing that, I just hope her day was more relaxed than mine. :p

I was honestly more worried about my dog than the plant. Plant replaced. The dog is part of our family.

But seeimg that the plant was only 2 weeks in, and the dog is still fine, I guess all is well that ends well

LMao THE VISUAL IS TOO MUCH ...I can just see the dog with the plant in its mouth, maybe shaking its head around trying to kill it. And then your all" NOOOOOO Sparky NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Pics would have been nice lol. sorry for your loss tho

The visual was quite funny. As I came outside she had a big piece in her mouth. And as she saw me, she knew what she did, she did not drop it, she gently put it on the ground, and ran up to me with that im sorry eyes, with five finger leaves still sticking out of her mouth

If they could talk, it would be more like "when will we be eating again?", "can you go make something to eat and drop something on the floor again?", "when will you be bringing me another pot plant chew toy?" DOH!...too soon...

Thats a bummer. I remember having a lil border collie eat almost a whole ounce.
We were camping, and I had my stash in an outter pocket in my duffle bag, in the tent.
One evening, I came back to find she pulled it out and tore it up.
There were 5 or 6 pieces of baggie scattered about, and a happy dog.
I crawled around for a while looking in the grass, and creases of the sleeping bags,
but I only found a few buds inside and outside of the tent.
... at least she left me a few to finish the camping trip.. *shrugs*
