Newbie grower, is she still suffering? Nute burn, overwatering?

Hey all,
This is my first grow, first plant, which came from a bag seed. So basically I'm pretty sure I was overwatering her a bit (dealing with bugs, environment) and depriving her of nutrients (honestly didn't know these were needed). Starting about 2 weeks ago I cut my watering down to about once a week-first week leeched with water-second week I watered with an 18-18-21 tomato plant food (1 tbs/gal). By the time I started the weekly water in I was developing yellow leaves quickly at the bottom and moving upwards, which I read was a clear sign of overwatering.
Is the "claw" leaves also a sign of overwatering or is it nutrient deficiency?
The yellowing of the leaves has slowed, but not stopped completely. Am I still seeing the yellowing from the damage that was done previously or am I still causing damage in some way?
Someone had mentioned that a 1-3-2 mix is better, I also have a 2-2-2 organic all purpose bloom mix, would this be better than the 18-18-21? I've also started noticing that the tips of some of my newer growth are getting brown spots on the edges is this related to my watering issue? Should I remove the dead leave from the bottom of the plant? Is there anyway to tell from the last pic how far into flowering she's in?

If any background info is needed: container is 12" x 12" plant is appx 16" germinated/planted outside late May-for most of her life was only giving distilled water.

Any and all info/opinions are appreciated

I'm thinking the brown spots on the edges are nute burn, is that correct? If so, should I stick with a 2-2-2 every other water cycle?

Probably not nute burn, you would have a lot more clawed leaf tips. Maybe just cal/mag shortage and poorly constructed soil. You need to learn to amend your soil before your next grow. Get about a quarter perlite, quarter dirt, quarter coco and quarter earthworm castings to get a really nice mix that will hold water and provide aeration at same time.

So for this time round don't adjust for nute burn and stay away from the overwatering. Would you suggest the 2-2-2 or the 18-18-21 I have for this time around? As far as the soil mixture you mentioned would those all be found separately or is there a brand that has all that pre-mixed?
I appreciate the feedback, tbh I wasn't even sure if this plant would pop from the seed let alone produce. Was looking at this one as a learning experience and I've had to deal with some issues. Hopefully next time I'll be all set.
Thanks again

Hard to say because your soil is not set up for good drainage. Safest to stay with the 2-2-2 at this point or maybe mix it up with a half dose of both. Get some cal/mag going with every watering as distilled has none.

Over watering presents as a gently curled leaf structure all the way from back to front of leaf. This is common in poorly aerated soils because it is really a lack of oxygen in your soil. Tight downward curling at the tip (the claw) indicates over feeding. Bottom leaves going yellow is the plant pulling nitrogen out (along with other mobile nutrients like magnesium) for use at the growth areas.

Without a well prepared soil structure, it is really hard to fix issues because you are always dealing with multiple issues.

I haven't found a pre-mixed soil that works as I want it to right out of the bag.
Thanks again Bugeye for the input, I like the idea of mixing half doses of the nutes I have. One last question if you don't mind, is pulling/cutting the dead leaf a bad idea? I wouldn't think so, but then again I've come across a lot of "I didn't think so" this time around haha
