image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg so I'm a total newbie. this is my first grow. I have one outdoor plant in about 2.5 - 3 gallon pot. it's around 3 - 4 weeks into flowering. I've noticed that some bottom fan leaves are turning yellow and making way towards top. and also, some bottom branches are turning a bit purple. she's been doing great until this. I have no clue what strain. I was just wondering if I should be worried or is this normal. and also, I've put no nutrients at all in this plant. just straight water and sunlight. the average temp for my plant is high of maybe 85 during day, and 55 - 65 durning night. any help?

Definitely time to give nutrients and actually we as growers know that week 4 is the magic week where she will get hungry. She has defeciency signs across the board. She won't green up much in some places but the sugar leaves should get healthy again. What nutrients you ask? Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Soil + Botanicare Cal Mag Plus. You can skip all the other horseshit including p/k boosters, bud hardeners and etc. If you want to add a sugar use Berr Rabbit Molasses. By the way pH is important when using nutrients even though many people get by without. At very least I would get those pH strips and ball park it.

I recommend you buy small bottles of nutrients and focus on composting your next soil yourself. Leaves/Grass along with veg/fruit scraps alone is a really great soil and if you can put a few other premium ingredients into the compost pile you will be "water only" until harvest

where could I find these nutrients at? and also I changed my water input right before she started acting up? at first I was just putting like a 1 liter water. (or until I seen water run out of bottom of the pot) but a few days ago I started putting like almost a gallon. could this be a problem or something shouldn't of done?

I'd say it needs food and its root bound in rock hard soil...at this point find some tomato fertilizer and finish her up with that...next time amend the soil with perlite and give her a 5 or 7 gallon pot...g/l

what nutrient is for purple stems and which is for the other?

I would recommend some beneficial bacteria and fungus like "Recharge", or even better "Roots Organics Oregonism XL" made by Aurora; get some mycorrhiza in there. Buying them online is the quickest way to get them, they are not too expensive. I'm not a fan a nutrient teas, they work but they act instantly and are used up fast; where fungus and beneficial bacteria is a slow and steady release you can't over do as easily.

bigger pot next time and feed it

more N in veg then more K once you go into flower

Spray for bugs before flowering starts next time use a multicide so you keep mold at bay too

if thats an outside plant, pick a good spot, dig a hole as deep as that pot, and about twice as big around, fill it with good soil, cut the bottom off that pot, and leave it in that spot. the roots will grow down into the ground and spread out.
tomato ferts would be better than nothing, the bloom ones for producing fruit will come close enough till you can get something better

Nitrogen deficiency + others. Get some veg or grow, nutes. in her and do some reading, RUI is a good place to start, The silver lining is: You can't possibly do any worse on your next grow.

Do you know what mycorrhizae even does? The plant doesn't use it, it creates a symbolic relation with the roots to aid in the uptake of nutrients which by the look of his plant he has little of. You ever hear ppl talk about fuzzy roots or hairs on the roots that's the good bacteria and fungus. Before you tell someone to feed their plants with any kind of mycorrhizae product first know what it does. Also while I'm a fan of Roots products oregonism xl isn't worth getting in my opinion. Great white, Mammoth-p, are good I use them. recharge from what I've heard is pretty good stuff. I've provided you a link so as you can educate yourself on what this stuff really does.

Rhizome force (house and garden) 4kg tub

I like dynagro for synthetic. Their foliage pro is good. Its high in N.

Cannabis needs N all through its life cycle.

Either way that thing looks hungry. Looks to need macros and micros. Just feed it good.
