Newb here, a couple questions

Hello rollitup! 1st post here. I have a few simple questions I am left wondering after my periodic browsing around here. Forgive me as these have probably been answered before and are under my nose but I haven't found a solid answer for it yet.

1. When starting a seedling under T5HO bulbs, when is the proper time to move it to a MH for the rest of veg?

2. When doing hydroponics, specifically soilless mix such as pro mix or sunshine #4, when do you start feeding the seedlings? 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 true set of leaves, 2 sets, 3 sets? How long can they go on ph adjusted tap water before they get r/o water with nutes?

I thought I had a couple more questions but I forgot. Typical. Hopefull I will remember by the time I get some responses.

I would say 2 to 3 weeks before moving under the MH, but no hard fast rule, basically whenever you feel that they are stable
Feeding in hydro typically starts in 2 weeks (give or take)

Depending on how it's growing, but around 3 weeks
