New with Clones

I was wondering if it is okay to transplant a clone from its original medium straight into 5 gallon buckets, after the clone has rooted of course. Thanks

Well I just wasn't really sure. It should be okay as long as I don't overwater then correct?

You can certainly, but this might not be the best method. I only say this as with the bigger container and a freshly rooted clone it is going to be difficult to keep the soil moisture optimum. I would suggest at least giving it a little starter cup to allow it to develop a decent root system first. Doing this will just make it easier on you and probably the plant.
