New watering system-maybe

So i was back at the drawing board again this morning, you know, hitting the bong...

i think i thunk?:roll::roll:

if i have a 5 gal. bucket up about 3 feet higher up than my plants on a table or shelf of some sort, and i were to take a lotion bottle hand pump
one of these bastards (see attachment)and hook up a long tube, could i run that to my pot, and simply cyphon the water through by pressing the dispensers plunger several times then just holding it open?

and a bigger question

could i bury the end of my tubing? maybe even parallel to a seedling upon planting it?

idk, im pretty sure its POSSIBLE

but is it practical?

im going to try it! i just need to get myself motivated

2000 Canni Cup blueberry got me thinkin.

any thoughts advice on this would be appreciated, if not just wait around ill post up pics when i get it set up.

i realize this may be typed unclearly as i am ripped. ill doodle up something in paint and throw it up.

edit: blueprints added

it will always leak. i tryed using the gravity feed system also. u need a res below the plants to catch the water thats going to come out when your not there. i found out also that at just 3 or 4 foot above the plants. i could only power 2 or so nozzles. i used 5/8ths tubeing. with bigger tubing it pushed more water but still had low preasure. id suggest just watering them by hand. gravity isnt the best water system.. thats just how i feel about my setup and what i found out through trail and error, high.

well i have a bottom res, and im using small tubing...it would still be done by hand, however the top res would be more of my focus rather than standing there with my gatorade jug for 30 minutes cyphoning water from it...

If you mount your res up high and just hook the hose to the bottom gravity will do all the work. I have a 7 gallon res that I mounted above the door to my closet. I put a bulkhead fitting in the bottom and a valve than a coil hose with a watering wand on it. works great.

I know smartvalves MK2 work off of gravity. I have never had a problem with those. They work pretty good.
