I'm a bodybuilder/strongman and I'm a personal trainer. I smoke too. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I just started growing so I decided I'll post something on where I should belong sometimes lol.

Awesome! I'm new too, but I'll say welcome.

How do you arrange your training for the year? It's winter, is this your strongman "off season?" Does that mean it's bodybuilding style lifting to give yourself a break from the huge weights of strongman? Or do you kind of blend things together.

I just read "Metroflex Gym: Powerbuilding Basics by Brian Dobson and Josh Bryant. They recommend a mixture of PL, BB, and Strongman stuff.

Sorry for a million questions, just interested.
