Folks, Jay is one of the 3 people who turned out and helped me build out my rooms. It was a community effort headed up by Jay and his dad, can't thank them enough. By "helping", I'm talking about doing all the framing, drywall, bench construction, etc, etc, etc., They spent a good month's worth of their personal time helping me set up
