New to RIU!! from ILL state

whats up everyone, ran into RIU while i was looking for info on bubble hash making, and this is by far the best site in the world!!!
just wanna say thanks to everyone, im a huge smoker. lately im been focusing on concentrates any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Also ive been reading this crazy on here. i see a lot of ppl say +rep for helping them out with questions. whats that about/ or more so how can i give people

Just to quick answer. Rep or reputation is given for most parts when you show off your ganja skills or are helpfull to others. The more rep you have, the more rep you can give.
