new to organicsss

Sup ppl, so i currently transfered my plants into sunshine mix #8 + worm castings + compost + some pelican guano, i use nutrients... but currently run out.. and i live in south america cant find any known/reliable brands around so i decided to go organic until they arrive, have a couple of questions would it be bad if i change from organic to canna when they arrive?? Also have good pelican guano around my country any suggestions for mixes?? I have 2 rooms, 1 vegging 8 inches SLH and the other my flowering room with 6 inches plants i just transfered yesterday, suggestions on feeding for my rooms?? Also do i have to put an airstone at the bottom with the sock at the middle or they can just sat and rot there lol... currently reading some topics about organic feeding .

if you change from organic to mineral nutes you will kill all the beneficials, it wont harm your plant though.
some people say once you go organic you never go back. maybe you should do a full run organic and see how you like it
