New to MOTHERS .. Preparing for outdoor season. NEED HELP PLEASE

As the title of this thread suggests.. I am new to creating mothers. Last year I simply bought a large number of fem beans, and put seedlings out in the end of May (due to my chilly Canadian climate), but this year I want to use several non-feminized strains, and therefore I suppose I need to make mothers to create clones.

Here lies the problem - I have approx. 3 months from right now to have my clones atleast rooted, and I have not started these mothers yet. I am going to order my beans in the next couple days (Next Gen - Timewarp, and Smoke a Lot - Freezeland) and then sprout them asap. My question is how do I go about doing this? Do I grow every seed until it is large enough to be cloned, and then flower the clones to determine sex of it's parent? Obviously I want to find the females, but how do I do so in the quickest time possible? Or do I just do the seedlings plan again and get a GPS or something and plot every plant to find the males later in the season????

no can do. 10 weeks from seed to get any number of decent clones. .......maybe. go for it. leap of faith......pre-sex seed plants, clone all, and flower donors to confirm.

ya have your clones in 12 weeks this way. and a nice little indoor grow, if ya please. by flowering donors to determine sex of clones, takes the 2 weeks needed to put clones to flower. flower mom and kill dad, and veg on with junior

But I need to have these clones go outside lol, like i'd take a bunch of clones then flower 1 from each undetermined, hopefully mother.

right......so take them outside........you don't mother outside, do you?

I just don't really understand what you mean? So take clones from everything, plant everything, kill what you find out are males?

BUMP .. Anyone know if handheld GPS devices have the capability of marking where each plant would be? For example I could walk 10 feet and drop in a clone, walk another 10 feet, plant another clone etc etc etc and be able to look up their exact locations later?

hey man long time no talk dude, how u bin? I recently moved out of southern ontario to northwestern ontario. I have a similar problem, i dono wtf to do lol but my problem is i dont have anywhere to really start my plants. Im living with my dad now and hes pretty much against the shit so it is very sad to be up here so bored and not growing. N e ways what i would do dude is just start all your seeds and sex them, then kill all the males and Veg the shit out of the females, then clone like a mofo. Thats just what i would do without thinking anything thru specifically.. This way you would have a bunch of mothers right. Then you can do as you please with the mothers.. u can keep them for starting an indoor grow or you can throw them outside to flower with all the clones ur putting out.. or do both, lots of options. Im debating on starting a little grow in my closet here with my LED panel just to get some going, might make a grow box out of an old subwoofer box so i can hide it in my closet. I hate not being able to grow, weeds so expensive, especially if your just buying a gram for $10 (mind u i dono n e one up here yet to buy from) cuz no matter what a gram is $10 no matter what kind of weed it is lol unless u kno the guy of course n u can complain lol.. n e ways good luck dude. hit me back i forget where ur located mayb we can do this together.. i made a thread trying to find someone in my area to grow with but thats probly just pointless, just me and my wishful thinking lol. if u can get a 1000watt MH that would be ideal. i had 2 mothers under one and i was cutting clones all the time it was growing so fast, once each clone rooted i potted it and thru it under my 400mh for a week or 2 i forget then put them under the 1000watt mh aswell.. this was my third grow i did this it was gorgeously planned out and went all good till mites and so on not going to talk about it but it worked good for me with that 1000watt man
