new to hydro need help

Like post says i'm in need of some help. I bought some G/H powergrower eco buckets from my local shop. They told me to run the water every 15 mins by the hour and have them off when light is out but my plants feel really dry, and they look droopy. Any advice would be really helpfull at this point. The derections say to run them 1 hour on 1 hour off should i try that?

I run mine at different times depending on how big it is. I run mine for 4 min every 45min the first week and then back it off so it feeds for 4 min every 4hours by week4


week 1 4min on every 45min don't ever feed when lights are off
week 2 4min on every 1.5 hours
week3 4min on every 2 hours
week 4 4min on every 2.5 hours
week 5 4min on every 3.5 hours

week 6 and on 4min on every 4 hours
