New to hash making. Tips, guidance, info please?

Within another month and a half I'll have a bunch of trim I'd like to make hash out of and I don't know the first place to start.

I want to try some practice with a little over an ounce of mainly nug. I'm looking for a process that will get me a nice compromise of yield, quality and ease. Then will try to make sure I make it correctly.

So we'll start with which hash making process I should go with, recommendations?

Dry ice hash is the way to go in my opinion. Around 120 micron is nice
