New to growing....pointers?

Hello everyone, just signed up to get some pointers and meet fellow growers. As shown below, I'm running 3 5000k cfl's with two fans. It's my first grow box, seems to be ok. Do u guys see anything wrong? Maybe something that is not set up right? I have two fans running, one in bottom and one in the corner...thanks guys.

Its looking god man! Do you know how many watts those three lights are combined? Do you know the temperatures? So far they appear healthy! What kind of soil?

Yes. Definitely get the lights closer to the foliage. And if those are three 23w CFLs then yes again, you will need more light.
