NEED HELP!

My plant is 2.5-3 weeks old. Ive been watering it once every 2 days with a full 20oz bottle of aquafina. I have it under 2 not so good lights. ! 15 watt foot n half long flourescent tube light, and another 20 watt=75 watt flourecent bulb in a v cone. (just got the other light today because i didn't know if it wasa light problem.) The problem started about 5 days ago when i braught home a 150 watt cfl bulb and im guessing i put it too close to the plants or something when i was looking for a measurment stupidly while i had the plant in my tiny grow box with the light on... =(. To make a long story short all the leaves but the top row are curling downward and turning a crispy yellow color at the tips and edges of leafs. Ive been messing around with it sicne then and still have no process. ive tried giving it some miricle grow, 1/2 dosage with water and i flished the plant with that. waited 2 days. now ive just recently flushed it with pure aquafina water. id say about a gallon. I have my plant in a half gallon pot. no fans just a giant room fan that keeps the room at 69 degrees constant. 24 hour lighting.

I will have pics in a min or so. (They are shitty because they are from my cell.)
in the pictures you cant really see the yellowing and crisp part that well because it is totally curled uner the leaf.

20 oz of water seems a litlte much for every 2 days, also the soil looks a little wet and i kinda see some droopage in the leaves, it looks like your probably watering a bit much, instead of doing a water schedule, wait a few days before watering, man your dirt can be bone dry and you wont have a problem as long as u water, but if u got to much, youll get root rot and drown it fast, just in a few days stick your finger about 1 or 2 inches down in the soil, it should be sopping wet or really even really wet, just moist dirt, then whenever the dirt starts to dry, just add like, i dont even know man not 20 oz tho, just like get a cup of water from your cabinet and water it with like 3 quarters of that, hope this helps

sorry fast typing, it shouldnt* be sopping wet

I just stuck my finger in there and it slid in real easily. The first inch or so was wet but as I got deeper it was almost muddy.

yeah i concur with the above poster the leaves got burned from your light and its over watered also ur going to need alot more light then that 3000 lumens per sq ft is the basic minimum for cfl growing but imo i would buy the 20$ 150w hps that ppl been talking about my cfl test /pet project is almost done i have 3 flowering rooms 2 with 600 watt hps and then my cfl room and a veg room but next harvest i run in the cfl room im going to try those $20 hps and see how good they are. but i hear good things about them

Over watering is a very common mistake, you only need to water when the dirt is almost totally void of any moisture or when the plants start to wilt. Giving Miracle grow at 1/2 strength is 2 times too strong, you want to start at 1/4 recommended amount of miracle grow, and you only want to give it every other watering.

You need to mix alot of Perlite into your soil so that water does not sit stagnant in the pot, make sure you have drain holes

Bump your temps to 79 degrees, 69 is could enough that it could stunt it. Also sounds like too much water.

Thank you so much for the replys. ive stopped watering the plant and i moved both lights 2 inches away from the plant until i get a new one later today. Ill keep you updated. ive also noticed stunned growth from the temp being to low so I fixed that problem aswell.
